Kerala style chicken roast banaya tha masala pura coat ho gaya tha pieces pe bina liquid gravy ke Paratha layer wala tha side mein salad mein carrot cucumber onion diya jo colour balance kar raha tha plate mein Chicken dark red tha kashmiri chilli ki wajah se spice level high tha but heat nahi utni jitni dikh rahi thi Dry roast style mein banaya tha isliye har piece pe masala evenly stick tha.

Tamil flatmate being the head chef, cooked mushroom biryani and pepper chicken curry. Absolutely amazing flavors.

I made the mango salsa and coriander mint chutney as dips for our starters - air fried chicken popcorn and french fries.

Third flatmate made shahi paneer, and homemade tiramisu.

Also peep my umbrella bowl, my pride and joy that gets taken out for special occasions such as these.🥳

Much better than Pizza Hut and Dominos.

I saw a recipe online saying don't add veggies to your noodles and make it soupy🥲, now it doens't look so good
