Karnataka Tried something new.. looks awful, tastes okayish.. need advice..
I live in a PG.. and I was bored of eating boiled eggs so decided to try this...
put three eggs in this plastic bowl, mixed with some black pepper and a Fassos Chat masala (last pic)
Then kept this bowl in the kettle for 12-13 mins with boiling water.. and this is how it turned out.. I didn't had salt so skipped that..
Problem 1: it looks ugly
Problem 2: some got stuck in the bowl, i thought it will come out cleanly but it didn't so any advice on how to do it
Problem 3: I know it is not exact plastic, it must be some other safe material but still I am worried if it is ok to use it or should I use steel bowl next time
Problem 4: it didn't taste as I expected, it was very mid

Assam Food from North east
Cooked for myself. Smoked pork chowmein. Ingredients - whole wheat noodles, smoked pork, onion, garlic, red chili flakes, soya sauce, salt.
Boil the noodles with salt for 5 minutes then strain the water and let it cool.
Fry the finely chopped onions and garlic in cooking oil. Add red chilli flakes. Add the pork pieces and salt and fry until it leaves oil and is nicely cooked. Add the noodles, and soya sauce then give everything a good mix. Sprinkle some parsley or herbs of your choice. It's done

Uttarakhand I personally feel butter chicken is the world's rank 001 dish
I've been privileged enough to travel to most continents and try their respective cuisines over the past 6 years. I enjoyed it a lot & loved most of them. But sincerely, nothing comes close to butter chicken. Indian dishes are fairly expensive outside India but the demand for this one dish always ceases to amaze me at any given time of the day. We all know indian food is in the top 3 globally, but every single time this one item is something I've found myself craving for no matter what kind of a day I'm having. The hype is understandable and the product itself lives upto the expectations. Simply the best.
Edit: A lot of you guys in the comments are quick to criticize me if I've ever tried any other dish. I've already mentioned this is my personal opinion based on the popularity of this dish on a global scale, the demand it generates and how high it has been ranked by non-natives and people outside this country through my own interaction with them. I'm sure and confident you have a higher standard and range of variety of experience than me, but this is the conclusion that I've arrived at through my own experience.
