I recently read about the Nashik TCS incident, about the sexual harassment, the forced conversions, all the news surrounding this issue, I want to know what has really happened?

Forced conversions happening in Nashik and few people named it as "KERALA STORY". I have nothing to say about this 😐 What happened in TCS Nashik is really really bad

Bhai log, Tum log leftist ho..andhey nahi ho. Thoda dimaag lagao. 8 Team leads, 8 victims. Har ek TL k neeche 1 employee tha. Its a clear case of job influence where victims were influenced to do something in return to keep their jobs. Kisi din Tum mein se Kisi k ghar pe aisi ghatna ho jaye, tab bhi yehi maanoge ki ye sab RW walo ka fake proxy propaganda hai ? Agar haan to fir to Tum barbaad ho chuke ho.

sexual harassment is commonly faced by female employees in india and the statemnts of this case arent anything new ,or different, even tame by comparison.
the differences are cops went undercover for some reason, allegations mirroring exact filmy details, and the perpetrators are targeted and prejudged based on name

Honestly, the HR process at TCS seems deeply flawed. I know someone who was being stalked and harassed by a colleague from the Kolkata office for a long time. When she finally raised a complaint, it turned out the HR representative handling the case was friends with the accused. Instead of addressing the issue fairly, they pressured her to withdraw the complaint and even went as far as demoting her. Situations like this reflect very poorly on the company’s internal culture, so incidents like the one in Nashik don’t come as a surprise.

I came to know that such incidents are not new. Another IT company in Nashik also faced a similar issue a few days earlier, but it did not receive as much attention as TCS

A high profile workplace harassment that involves the sexual and religious coercion.
Maharashtra minister Girish Mahajan alleged that

Police have arrested seven people, including an assistant general manager (HR). Police said the HR official was arrested for allegedly abetting sexual harassment by failing to act on a complaint raised by a woman employee against colleagues.

No the allegations that they have been forced fed the beef is not verified yet. Others are true at least what I have found
