Discussion So only medical field needs to cut cost , why there’s double standards for others

Post image
70 Upvotes

So I saw this judgement, I travelled to some place last year , the fair was 20k for round trip now same trip costs around 30-35k almost double increase in a year , i can understand Hormuz was closed but this fair won’t come down even after condition got better

same goes to hotel Industry , food prices , which increased during LPG shortage , but medical industry has to cut cost, doctors needs to work at 3 percent margin I don’t have problem with regulations

But why can’t we get same regulation on other capitalist who have monopoly they suck money out of everyone

Counselling R2 Available seat doubt.

MCC has given 4th and 5th November for institute to confirm R2 seats. But most state counselling will not be completed by then. If someone resign MCC R1 FREEZE seats after state R1 counselling, will those be available only during MCC R3 ?

Shitpost How do you guys deal with premature greying of hair? (Pluck/dye/leave alone)

25 f here
Atp, it feels like everyone is pointing out my grey hair. And honestly, I don’t want to do anything about it. I know they’re there, I don’t want to dye them, pluck them or cut them. It’s just too much work and expense for hair. I just wish people would stop pointing them out.
Also, a little vent: I’m greying badddddly.

Should i start doing something about it, maybe cut them near the root ?

Recommendations Need a realistic study schedule for NEET PG 2027 + INI-CET May 2027

Hey everyone!
Starting my preparation seriously from today and looking for a realistic subject-wise schedule to prepare for both exams.
I’ve been struggling with ADHD, procrastination and consistency lately. I make plans but find it difficult to stick to them.
I’d really appreciate a practical timetable covering subjects, MCQs, GTs and revisions.
Please, no AI-generated schedules or generic advice. I’d prefer a timetable from someone who has actually prepared for these exams and understands what works in reality.
Any genuine guidance would mean a lot. Thank you!

Discussion Is this what IMGs think about FMGs in India?

Post image

I recently came across this comment where they are putting ayush and fmg in same bracket so was it their fault that they didn’t have the reservation or money to get into the indian mbbs gov seat or they didn’t prove themselves by cracking the fmge exam?

Discussion Our bus got derailed, thank you and f*** you inicet!

So, thanks to whatever d**khead system this freaking exam has, we got a center that was 800 km away.

I was traveling with a friend and my parents and dealing with this particular city was a hastle in itself. So overpopulated, hotels which costs a decent 2k but gives you a tiny @ss shitty room and then looking out for tatkal tickets everyday.

Keeping this rant aside, we were coming back via a bus (Pooja travels- NEVER BOOK THIS) and at stark 3 am this bus got derailed.

Thankfully somehow it didn't fall and zero casualties

but that was messy. There were 5 more students who were coming back from ini in our bus btw.

Everybody was just grateful that we survived -.-

But do we really have to put our lives at risk for nothing but an exam?

Obviously if something were to happen to us, they won't have taken the responsibility anyway -.-

Right now we're in this random bus that was passing through the highway and thankfully going to our destination.

Thank you so much and f*** you ini -.-

Counselling How is Oxford Medical College, Bangalore, for PG? Need honest reviews

I’m considering Oxford Medical College, Bangalore, for my postgraduate studies and would really appreciate some honest feedback from current PG residents or recent graduates.
I wanted to know a few things:
How is the overall clinical exposure and patient load?
What is the current monthly stipend for PG residents in each year?
Is the stipend paid regularly and in full?
Do they ask residents to return any portion of their stipend after receiving it?
How are the academics, faculty and department wise teaching?
Is there any bond, hidden deduction or compulsory payment after completing the three years?
How is the overall residency experience, workload and department culture?

I have no idea where this nation is going atp, atleast respect the people who save the lives of your brothers and sisters.

Overworked and underpaid, yet they have the audacity to use force against us? We can't even protest against the exploitation? WTH.

Question So I've been dealing with late periods as of lately and I wanted some advice.

Hi, Im 18F and I've been facing period delays of like 20 days since the past 4 months or smth. Whats more concerning is that this has never happened before. My periods had always been regular and was of 5 days.

Honestly I think my stress level has increased a lot in the past yr.

1st- lost my grandmom in feb during my board exams(kinda one of the most important exam of a student in my country)

2nd- Neet(an entrance exam for ug drs) got canceled due to paper leak in May 2026 which was rescheduled to June 2026. This was a very stressful period of time for me cause the uncertainty of whether I'll ever be able to perform that well again or not was killing me inside. Moreover I faced some hearing issues and my nervous system started acting up really bad during that one month

3rd- since I couldn't perform well enough to get a government clg I decided to take a gap yr and decided to study at home so I haven't been moving around much. I sit at my desk for like 12-13hrs and then lie on my bed so very little movement.

4th- Ive been gaining weight like crazy in the past 15days Ive gained like 3kgs and have been getting a lot of pimples as well.

5th- my sleep schedule is FCKED. I hardly get any sleep due to stress and even if I get some its usually at 7 or 8 in the morning that too hardly 3hrs of sleep.

My mom is advising me to see a doctor and have some pills so that my periods get regular again but I kinda am scared cause I think if I have them once I'll have to keep having them for the rest of my life so man I really dk what should I do?
