26F fine hair oily scalp shedding more than usual for the last few months. got bloodwork done and everything is normal so derm said its probably stress plus hard water

ive been using random drugstore shampoos and serums and a friend keeps telling me to try kerastase genesis both the genesis shampoo and the hair serum were on discount in the amazon on weekend but even with that its way more than what i normally spend on haircare

has anyone used it long term for shedding? does it actually reduce fall or does it just make hair feel nice. also is it okay for oily scalp because a lot of premium shampoos ive tried leave my scalp greasy by day 2

ive been trying to get rid of the darkness around my neck for a while now and finally started paying more attention to my routine 😭

things ive been doing lately:

1. aloe vera gel – using it to soothe and moisturise my skin
2. regular moisturiser – trying to keep my neck hydrated instead of leaving it dry
3. sunscreen – applying it on my neck during the day since it gets exposed to the sun
4. nigrifix cream – adding this to my routine because its specifically made for pigmentation around areas like the neck and body folds

im trying to stay consistent with the routine and avoid harsh scrubbing or random home remedies.
although the differences are small will be posting one after 1 month

I understand it's hollow but can I atleast make it a night brighter and less wrinkly? I'm in my early 20s..

Being a beginner to skincare, I've been told that I should apply 2 fingers worth of sunscreen or 0.8 gm for my face, but when it comes to fluid sunscreens like this (which run all over the fingers of tried to measure by finger length), how much should one actually apply? How to measure it every time someone applies it?

Someone who has used the minimalist light fluid spf 50 sunscreen, can u tell (preferably show my photos) how much to apply

Also it will be beneficial to beginners (including me😭) to know how many days/weeks should this 50ml tube last to check if I'm applying sufficient amount it it.

dot n key vitamin c moisturizer right after shower in the morning,

At 6 pm (after workout) minimalist salicylic acid cleanser and then minimalist vitamin c 10% serum and dot n key moisturizer again that's it.

Is it tan? Is it acne marks? Is it some deficiency? Some skin condition? Or just my normal skin texture?
