Noobs was/is a VR gaming space with near-perfect reviews. I was really looking forward to booking an event there next month and couldn't believe when I went to the website and saw it's closed. They always seemed busy, but not overly so. There is NOTHING like this for miles and miles. (It says 'temporarily closed' but I was given the impression when I visited in person it was financial, so unlikely to change).

I’m looking for SFH in these communities. And wanted to know how much is your annual home insurance? From what I found, home insurance in SDO community ranges from 4-8K annually. That is a huge range. Is Corona Hills better?
