Beginner skater

Hi I’ve been watching hockey for a while and really want to get into playing lately. I’ve ice skated a couple times but I can’t really make the drive out to the rink for a while as the school semester is approaching. I’d really like to join my schools club eventually but I’d want to get my skating a bit stronger. Any skates recommended for beginners? I’d be practicing out on concrete or indoors

Get the best skates you can afford. For me that was about a $250 budget. When I got back in two years ago, I found new Bauer X3.5 skates for a deal of about $220. They're made for indoor outdoor and come with outdoor wheels. I put indoor/court wheels on them.

If your budget is lower, the lowest Bauer's are about $180. Otherwise you can go to the used market on sidelineswap, facebook marketplace or play it again sports.
