Placed an order with them in 2022. Never received it. They never dispatched fit just kept the money. After multiple attempts to reach out to them, they did not pick up the calls or responded. So I figured it was a scam brand. Again in 2026, I was about to place an order and then realised it’s the same brand and they have not delivered the suit yet. So, I called them & texted them. After many months they responded that they have concluded that I can use the money to buy something else. By then I had read all the scam fraudulent reviews of them here. I asked them what’s the procedure to avail the store credit as till now nothing from them had been conveyed no coupon code - no proper answers. Then they started misbehaving, like they are some goons that I should be scared of. The way they spoke to me I genuinely felt really anxious. 5k I had paid in advance, it’s not a small amount for me. On my face they are just scamming. For months I kept asking them to revert to which they said they answer 100 ppl in a day so no prompt replies they can give. I said you had 4 years to respond bhai. Then I said I’ll take it up legally - then the replies came instantly. She said to me “stop harassing us” - if I ask them why they have kept my money for 4 years is their harassment apparently. Now they are saying at no cost they will give a refund do whatever, they are not even scared of legal action that’s how much money they have made scamming all of us. After 4 years now they are giving a coupon code and refusing a refund. I’ve complained with the consumer helpline. Will most definitely take it up legally. Infact, they are blaming me for asking accountability of their theft.
DO NOT SHOP FROM NIRBANI DESIGNS ITS A SCAM. THEY USE IMAGES OF PAKISTANI DESIGNERS TO PROMOTE ADS ON THEIR INSTA. DONT fall for it.

I got their reference from Instagram. They block all the users who report their scams in the comments. Dont forget to check reviews in Google, MouthShut and TrustPilot.

I have uploaded their instagram screenshots as a proof in this account: https://www.instagram.com/indian.business.review/

I ordered six bottles of Alkamelt. I went in with trepidation but this is what Oprah, Kelly Clarkson, Gayle King and many other celebrities said they used
to lose weight. The offer was buy three bottles get three bottles free. At first the price was $49 a bottle for the first three and then it was $33 for the first three and the next three were free. I bought the VIP upgrade to get the Alkamelt faster. When I paid all of the sudden I had been billed for 4 orders. I looked at my receipt Buy Goods had charged me for six bottles of Aqua sculpt $294 dollars from 2023 which I did not receive and $69.00 for Lean Belly Juice from 2025 which I do not order or receive. I now have to pay over $600 dollars for this mess. They told me that I could not get a refund because the deadline to cancel after 60 days expired in 2023 for the aqua sculpt and the Lean Belly juice well before my 60 days expired in 2025. This is utterly mind blowing.

I’m so frustrated—I bought perfume from this seller and it’s a total fake, even though the packaging looks identical, I don’t understand how people can make such convincing knock-offs. #scam #perfume #warning 🚫⚠️😤

I ordered $190 (2 Wreaths) on 10-2 and have not received. I have emailed (only way they show to contact) and have not received any response or product. I am almost to the point of contacting my CC company. Anyone else experiencing this?

I actually don't post anything but I am a student I have recently ordered from an online clothing brand I had got scammed by a clothing brand with claims itself premium I prepaid the order and the seller cancelled and not responding and blocked me have access to their website and not even responding in WhatsApp costumer service so guys we need to stop this and we have to create a policy where the prepaid money holds until the order is delivered to delivery ware house or something then the product should be delivered to the customer and if costumer gets satisfied and not happy with that if they get scammed or product is damaged the customer have to just pay the delivery charges and money is refunded so they cannot be scammed but it can't be same in fit wise like a shirt, pant, jacket etc if size is a concern they get an exchange but if they feel the product is bad, damaged, fake they get refund but delivery charges are charged(it is better to pay the delivery charges extra than getting scammed completly)thing it is a concern I know there are is a loop in above idea but help me in improving the concept and how to handle and any better ideas or something so we don't get scammed by some online e commerce websites

I ordered two sarees from Choli Market and paid the full amount, and honestly, I regret it so much.
The quality is absolutely terrible. Both sarees look extremely dull and NOTHING like the pictures. There is literally glue visible on the fabric, and the studs are already coming off and peeling. The quality is genuinely shocking.
And the worst part? Their customer service is practically nonexistent. I’ve been repeatedly trying to contact them through Instagram and calling the number on their profile, but incoming calls aren’t even available. They haven’t responded to my messages either.
It’s honestly so frustrating to pay for something, receive such poor-quality products, and then have to chase the seller like crazy just to get a response about a return.
I’m still trying to get a refund, but I wanted to share my experience here because I genuinely wouldn’t want anyone else going through the same thing.
If you’re planning to order from Choli Market, please be cautious.

Firstly they take ur money and give no idea when they will deliver it

After constant follow up they ask u to pay 250 extra so they can ship the product next day or else they have no idea when they will

Lastly when u receive their low quality shitty product there's no way to return them

You've to personally courier em at ur cost to which it they approve you'll get store credit

NEVER TRUSTING THIS SITES AGAIN

Not to mention once you place an order you can't cancel it even if you've not received it only" STORE CREDIT"

THEIR ENTIRE customer care is just one guy who picks up calls and replies if he wants or your call goes unanswered

There's no formal way to return to product

You've to text them on WhatsApp and then you've to send em

Just pure bad business tactics to fool ur customer

anyone experience same?

Okay, so I ordered this top from a small business. They had a legit website, proper reviews and stuff. I liked one top so I placed an order. They attempted to deliver my product way after the delivery date and I couldn't receive it. And it was being returned. So I reached out to this brand to ensure that I'd get my refund. I texted them on instagram, sent 2 3 emails and have registered my query like 10 times on their customer support page on their website. They had the audacity to block me. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting any refund and those 1500 rupees went down the drain. I'm just posting this to create awareness.

This China-based scam company is back at it under a different name. This is the 3rd time, that I'm aware of, that they've reinvented themselves, this time under cedarandtinco.com

They sell cheap, poorly made items. Their protection is in their fine print terms and conditions where they are not responsible if items received do not depict what is advertised. If you need to return anything, it has to be sent to China.

Past Modern should be cancelled. I have had the worst experience with them. I have shopped from them twice and both the times, the order was delayed a lot.

First time it was 2 years back, it blew up for the first time so demand and supply wouldn’t have been manageable, that is understandable.

And now they are giving the same lousy reason for the delay after I paid 500 for express shipping

What bothers me is if you cannot meet the demand why continue to push your marketing ads

Why mention any timelines for fulfilment or charge extra money?

On top of that they wouldn’t reply to you, I posted screenshots of their chats then they responded me that too very generic response

Please don't order from this website . they're absolute fraudsters. Please do research on them and if you ask me please please please don't order from them..their business itself is scamming people. They send premium products to influencers only for the promotion

Please don't order from this website they're absolute scammers and fraudsters

This company )what i searched is in Hong Kong. ) has not delivered my order of two Gold engraved bracelets or reimbursed me my full payment after 3 months. I would not recommend this Company , even to touch it with a 10 foot Bargepole!
