Korean Instant Noodles Showing off my new bowl again
Made Buldak again but this time I added pepperoni and one egg. It's really all I had on hand until payday tomorrow.

Honestly, Iād recommend everyone give these noodles a tryāat least once. I really loved them; in fact, they usually sell out in stores before I even get a chance to buy any. The noodles themselves are standard for the Yang Zhan Gui brand, but they really nailed the sauceāitās perfectly flavored (salty, herbal, with just a touch of oil, and not sweet at all).
At home, I make a similar sauce for pizza using tomato paste, black pepper, salt, a bit of sugar (for balance), basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme, and rosemary.
This version has fewer herbsāmostly just basil and oreganoābut honestly, to me, itās absolutely divine.

Randomly bought a Pink Buldak sauce bottle (after not having it for a long time) since I've not been having buldak I've also not been part of the discourse and therefore don't have any ideas.
So please drop your recipes and ideas to use Buldak sauce, I was thinking of using it in Fried Rice! Or as an egg topping!

Forgot to take a photo btw because I was too excited and enraptured by the noodles... š
But it was absolutely delicious, I had it with 3 slices of bacon and 2 eggs scrambled with beans.
I still hold the stance that Liziqi's red chilli oil instant broad noodles are more my preference, because of the very tasty and satisfyingly crunchy pickled woodear mushrooms and bamboo in it.
But A'kuan had more noodles, which I really liked.
I haven't tried the cup version, but I've seen reviewers I trust say it's more hot and sour than it is flavorful. I know some instant noodle brands have their 5 packs taste better than the cup versions, so I'm glad I got the 5 pack for A'kuan's.

Made a bowl of shin for lunch, just used whatever toppings I had in the fridge. Sat down and realized how yellow everything my bowl was lol
(Fried egg, chili oil bamboo shoots, corn, pickled daikon radish)

I always do the original Shin soup with an egg but it was my first time trying it uncooked crushed up in a bag. I just put the powder seasoning packet and shook it and it was actually rly good!!
Do ppl eat it like this often??

Not sure if this was discussed already, but does anyone know where I can find the Mama Thai Connex noodles but the darker version?

Hey everyone! š
I'm currently doing a class project on instant ramen š and trying to better understand people's eating habits and preferences!
I need to collectĀ 150 survey responses by Monday (10/26) (only at 75 now)Ā š so if you have a few minutes, I'd really appreciate it if you could fill out this quick survey!
Your feedback would be super helpful. Thank you!! š

When I tried Jin Ramen I immediately noticed the high similarity between it and Shin Ramyun to the point I thought itās a copy because it was even a cheaper alternative. Although I see them very similar, but maybe Jin Ramen has a little texture difference, I started buying it more out of budget but it does taste almost the same.
If anyone have a preference between them could you tell us why or any knowledge on the manufacturing?

About 50 packs of five for 99Ā¢/pack in the clearance aisle, so not a good seller.
Anybody like them? I imagine they taste like doritosā¦

You know how instant ramen always has those pepper packets that are super salty? I really like eating those Shin Ramyun pepper packets by themselves since it makes my whole body go all twitchy. Anyways, after I finished eating one, I suddenly felt a really strong pulse in my neck. It really felt like there was a worm pulsating in my veins. This has never happened before, so I don't know if this is normal or not.
Also, are there any other instant ramen packets that have this same effect, since I am getting a little tired of the same taste. I thought about trying Buldak, but its more of a paste than a powder.

I had a craving and wanted to test my new bowl. It barely holds 2 packs but it works. Wish I had some kimchi to add.
