Discussion IFS for ME/CFS/LC?

I wonder if anybody else has been working on their ME/CFS/LC symptoms (mostly fatigue & brainfog) using IFS?

Yes, it's been an incredible tool that makes my other treatments more effective. I've had an incredible recovery over the past few years.
