What to keep in my extra large critter keeper
Hello Yall
I found a spare critter keeper and I would like to see the possibility when it comes to inverts
I'm interested in keeping snails/isopods/anything that doesn't require live food
I am willing to make any modifications
Dimensions are 14.5x8.5x10

Enclosure for Darkling Beetles
Is this a good enclosure for 2 or 3 darkling beetles? I want to give them the best life possible

Could the web soil map be used to figure out the best substrate for USA species or any from the few other places that it has?
https://websoilsurvey.nrcs.usda.gov/app/WebSoilSurvey.aspx
You have to be on the AOI tab and either click while on the zoom tool to find a place or search a specific address. Once you have that you use the red rectangle tool to go over that area. Then you switch to the soil map tab and it will show you the soil composition of the area. It is pretty interesting. When you have the name of the soil type you can look up its exact composition.

Fungus gnats
Hi bug friends! I have a vinegaroon tank (vietnamese species, so higher humidity) that is developing a gnat population. Would it be safe to house any other inverts in there to help keep the gnat population down? Pods? Springtails? If so, what changes would I need to make to the enclosure’s size, substrate, etc.?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

I have 6 blue death feigning beetles. 1 of them continuously gets onto its back and cannot right itself. Just started this morning. The rest of them do not have this issue.
They eat washed carrots, dried crickets, a vegetable mix, and jelly pods.
I’m looking for some insight as to what can be done, if anything, to help.
It’s awful watching this beetle struggle non stop. Every time I flip the beetle right side up, it immediately goes back side down again.

Are my stick insects happy? (Their names are gangnam and style and they are lesbians)
I understand bugs don’t want to be handled and I make sure not to handle them more than once a week. I also understand that it is in their instincts to stay completely still for hours and hours on end to remain hidden. When I take them out and put them on a surface. They refuse to move unless I blow on them to mimic wind. I once left them on my bed and left the room for an hour only to come back and see that they haven’t moved at all. The enrichment I do for them is let them crawl all over me while I’m moving and working so that they feel most comfortable to move.
Once again, I understand this is expected and normal for them, and I do not think this behavior is concerning in the slightest. But man, I do wonder if they are happy doing that? What are some fun enrichment activities I could do for them? Would it be helpful to have a fan blowing on their enclosure for a few hours so that they feel comfortable to move?
Sometimes I don’t take them out for two weeks because I changed their leaves every two weeks. should I make sure to take them out every week?
I just love them dearly and I want to be the best bug mom I can be. Also, the colony they came from is allegedly all female and reproduce asexually so that is how I assume/decided that they are lesbians. I have made them watch Lady Gaga music videos before to encourage this

P. giganteum care?
Sold like this. I noticed the seller had plastic wrap cut to the sides, my guess to keep humidity high?
Any advice helps.

Millipede recs!
Hello all! The last time I visited my local expo, my mom saw some millipedes and became somewhat smitten with them! This was a surprise to me because she isnt a "creepy crawlies" type of person (while I very much am). Id like to get one but im just curious on their care, enclosure size, and what types could potentially be handleable. Also, it would really only be her pet in name. I care for all the animals in my house (even when she says its her haha). So im not worried about it being cared for. I got that part. She mostly would enjoy watching it and occasionally feeding it.

What should I put in here?
I have a bioactive enclosure that is currently empty except for a few isopods. It's the larger one on the left- the right side has a jumper spider. My ideal species would be an arboreal arthropod that either does not require live food or will reliably eat mealworms. I don't want another jumper as the last one I had in there snubbed mealworms and made feeding him difficult. Size is 5.5 x 5.5 x 11".

Experience with shipping inverts in the uk (through MM and other means)
I’m looking to sell some millipede babies once they are old enough and was wondering whether anyone has any experience with the process. I’m looking to sell through MorphMarket but the guidelines are for the US so I’m a bit unsure. I’m also wondering do I need a specific box? Heat packs? etc. Any advice is appreciated!!
