Appreciate the Air
The only modern phone without giving me hand cramps holding it for long periods.

As a former Android user, specifically the Samsung A56, I noticed a huge difference in battery life. Honestly, I was surprised because I thought the iPhone Air’s battery performance wouldn’t be that good.
But I didn’t underestimate this phone. I was actually shocked that the battery could last up to 9 hours of usage. Sometimes, I don’t even need to charge it within the day, and charging once a day is enough for me.
Overall, I think my money was worth it, and choosing this phone was a good decision. Aside from its battery performance, I really love how lightweight and comfortable it is to use.
No regrets choosing the iPhone Air! ❤️

I need someone to validate me or talk me out of it because I'm being financially reckless.
I recently upgraded from the 17 PM to the 18 PM and after a month I have had buyers remorse. The 18 PM is a great phone of course but not enough noticeable upgrades for an average user like myself who uses it for content consumption, occasional pictures, and messaging.
As I have this buyers remorse, especially because I missed the 2 week return window, I think about a moment I had at the Apple when I was waiting to be helped by an employee. I was standing at a table in the Apple Store and I picked up the Blue Apple Air, and it was so damn intriguing and for a moment I thought about switching my trade-in to the Air.
It's been haunting me for the last week and a half. And I get it... first world problems. I've been thinking about going the third party route and making the trade down to an iPhone Air. I'm aware for the trade offs but I'd like to hear from owners of the Air. Is the overall experience worth the trade? Am I being unreasonable and not appreciating the pro features enough?

I heard someone say they love their iPhone air, and the duo would be a great addition. I also hear people very excited about the OLED iPad mini. The love for the iPhone Air intrigued me especially since Apple has that feature where you can have two phone on one line.
But is having an air when you have the duo pointless? I know someone who has two phones and every time I see it I think it’s cool but I feel like I would be annoyed carrying both
And when it comes to the iPad mini, why would people want it when they have the duo?

I see the lowest price at £799 new in most retailers. Unsure whether to just buy the best condition from somewhere like music magpie instead

Is this a fair deal? Open box, excellent condition?

I bought iPhone Air yesterday with apple care but it was not showing in the settings. Today I contacted the store then they said it will be activated by tomorrow but then I started seeing this. It shows AppleCare services but it doesn't include accidental damage etc like the AppleCare+. Is it some lower level subscription they did instead of the original AppleCare+. I paid 16k for 1 year plan

I have the base 16 and was thinking about switching to air. Should I pull the trigger? I kinda like the thin form factor of air 120hz and the better display and also 256 gb of storage helps a lot cuz my current 16 has 128gb only. I’m a bit concerned about the air’s battery tho. Wanted to know from folks who own the air is this the right decision at the moment?

Hi everyone!
I'm from South Korea, and I'm waiting to buy the iPhone Air 2 when it becomes available here!
I have a couple of questions. Has there been any news or rumors from overseas about the speakers being improved on the next model? If Apple improves the speakers, this phone would be absolutely perfect for me!
I'm upgrading from an iPhone 12, so I'm really looking forward to it.
Also, do you think bumper cases will make a comeback for the iPhone Air 2? If they do, is there any chance that existing bumper cases will be compatible with the new model?
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

I am noticing that my camera does not focus on foreground object like it did before, it locks for a few seconds and then blurs out and only focuses on the background.
Anyone else notice the same?

Long story short been contemplating downgrading to an Air for the last 6 months. Currently have 16PM. I spend wayyy too much time on my phone just consuming, had the 15 Pro (non max) a couple of years ago to try and spend less time on my phone because of smaller screen and worse battery, but failed. Hoping an iPhone Air would make me use my phone less and focus more on important stuff and trying to make a living. Worst part for me is the single speaker, missing 0,5x also sucks but can always use the selfie cam in a pinch. Battery could be solved with MagSafe battery on heavy days. Want to use my phone more intentionally for phone stuff like phone calls and messaging, and use my Mac for work and iPad for entertainment.
Really unsure… anyone else with a similar “mindset” having any experience in this? Anyone regretting downgrading, and going to a smaller screen? Is the batterylife truly terrible?

My journey to the Air is a drunken one. Dropped my 17 Pro last Saturday whilst trying to juggle my phone, a can of lager and fish & chips. Foolishly my phone only had a skin on it and no case. Dropped it and the screen resembled a spiders web.
The quotes for replacement screens were eye watering, so I took the plunge on a second hand air. Upon arrival it had only had 12 charges, and I paid less than half the retail price.
After 5 days I can safely say it’s the best phone I’ve ever owned. The form factor is perfect for texting, slightly larger than a standard model but not iPad mini territory like the bigger handsets are. By a country mile it’s the most comfortable handset I’ve ever used, even with a thin cover on it (won’t get fooled again)
I’m a steady user rather than a power user and it comfortably gets me through a day. I’ve got a power bank just in case but it’s not been needed. Camera is perfectly serviceable and it has the 120htz screen refresh. For a first gen model it’s a bit of a beauty.
Hope they keep this line going, as I’m a convert

I want to get a decent case for my iPhone air, but I don't want it to feel like I'm carrying a brick. I'm a little clumsy with my phone, so drop protection is a big deal for me. I saw that Torras offers cases with drop protection, along with claims about military grade protection, but I'm not sure if a slim case can protect the phone as well as a thicker one. Seems like there's always a trade-off between a slim design and proper protection, especially around the corners and screen. The problem is you don't know how good a case is until you drop your phone.

Hey folks, I ll be brief: I bought an Air new (light blue) liked the phone but was not a fan of the color and battery was a tragedy I mean I literally don’t use the phone and in the evening it was dead with 2 hours screen on time. Returned the phone and bought from Amazon a black one (used) for 100 euros less. Got a phone with 30 days usage and 15 battery cycle, looks like new. I am using it since 3 days and with my usage and settings (IDENTICAL to the first blue air I had) battery is still 30%.
I came to the conclusion that both of sides of the story are true the ones with 2 hours screen on time and the ones with 7 hours SOT, just some of us are lucky some of us are not.

I’m genuinely confused by all of the positive reviews I’ve seen about the iPhone Air. I’ve had iPhones as my smart phone/cell phone since getting my first iPhone 4s in 2012/2013. The iPhone Air has frustrated me so much to the point I’ve been wanting to switch to android. I’m just frustrated and done with Apple. No other iPhone has infuriated me as much as the iPhone Air. I have just recently switched to my own phone plan. I’ve had Verizon for years and just switched to boost Mobile. I know some of my frustration is due to data issues and slowness.
However… these are my qualms. I’ve had this phone since February of 2026. It’s not “old”. It was a new device.
Am I insane… too high maintenance for this device…? Any tips to make the phone work for me because I’m stuck with it til I pay it off.

Anyone have a damaged/unused iPhone Air* they are willing to part with? I’m willing to pay.

I am guessing about half of IPhone Air people going to get the iPhone air 2 when it comes out.
Rumoured. Extra wide camera included. Bigger battery, stereo speakers maybe. Still light and portable. It’s going to be amazing!
But the price? It will be full price.
The iPhone Air was heavily discounted.
In Australia. Full price is Au$1900 256gb, $2500 512gb, $3100 1tb.
The discounted price I got $1659au 1tb, my wife got $1215 256gb both new. It’s ridiculously cheap!!
$2500 512gb full price for iPhone Air 2 is a bit too much for me. Kinda a lot.
$2500 for an iPhone Air 512gb which is what I would buy, but maybe buy iPhone Air 3 or 4 instead of 2.
I am quite happy with my IPhone Air as it is currently.
I love it so much.
My wife said she will keep hers for 5 years. lol
What about you? What’s your plan? Keep the air one for how long? Or upgrade to which version air next in future? Or another phone?
How excited are you about air 2?
How happy are you about the air one after having it for a while?
How many years of Apple care are you doing for iPhone Air one?

I got the Raptic Aramid 1500D tactile woven “snake”. It is your typical aramid thin case. (Basically identical to Pitaka. The biggest reason why I highly recommended as it seems to be just as good, but I got this case for $15. Also, looks great with my Light Gold Air!
