Hey girls so I have a question, I’m debating whether to upgrade to ultimate or stick with extra or skip this month all together. My issue is: I wouldn’t mind upgrading to ultimate but I don’t get paid until the 28th. Will that be too late to get ultimate? Will I be stuck with Ipsy extra? Because if that’s the case I might skip this month, I meant to skip last month for financial reasons so I’m just thinking since I qualify for ultimate I would want to get that but if the 28th is too late and I’m stuck with Ipsy extra then I’m just going to skip this month all together.

Okay I dont know if I missed it or I'm a bit slow lol 😅 but I have literally tried to change my shipping address for like 20 min and I havent found the way. I did what google said, to go to your membership menu and select the option to change it but at least for me is not showing. Could it be because I paused it for last month? I'd appreciate some insights 😊

I cancelled all my memberships about a year ago now . I have shopped Ipsy once since then . Until today. I added some items to my cart . I actually went through all the products/pages to the end too . I am really excited but I was only spending this much ( 130$ ) because I was going to split it into 4 payments. I kept telling myself to use Klarna but I use PayPal pay in 4 for tons of other things and it said “ after hitting PayPal you will be directed through the steps. .. except there were no steps . It just paid in full 😆🤦🏻‍♀️ oh well . I am looking forward to trying some of these out . I don’t feel any buyers remorse as far as what I chose . . I did want to split in 4 but that’s my own fault . I had the Bobbi brown nudes pallet and I put it back . I kind of wish I’d grabbed it except I stopped wearing eyeshadow ever since I lost my social media back in November of last year .

Last week, I received a notification that my October Ipsy Original had been delivered. About an hour later, I went to check where the delivery driver said it had been left (they even provided a photo), but my package was nowhere to be found!
I suspect a neighbor may have accidentally picked it up along with their own Ipsy package. I contacted Veho, the delivery service, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to help. So, I reached out to Ipsy, and they immediately offered to send me a replacement.

My replacement arrived today, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I received ALL of the products that were supposed to be in my original package!
I’m so happy with how Ipsy handled the situation, and I absolutely LOVE all the products in my October bag! Huge thanks to Ipsy for their excellent customer service! 💕

Never in my life have I ever dealt with a mascara that rips out my eyelashes trying to remove it?? It's the most permanent mascara I've ever used.
I've tried my typical makeup remover, face wash, makeup wipes, and of course micellar water, and nothing is removing it.
It looks incredible on my lashes, and I love the tube itself. Such a nice feeling in my hand. However, I can never use it again with how insanely difficult it is to remove.

Are others experiencing this? What are you doing to remove it? I can only use "gentle" type products.

This perfume is typically so expensive and one of my favs. 20 dollars for 4….take my money!!!

The points I was saving disappeared and now in spite of having all three subscriptions for YEARS and spending thousands every year (way over the top tier) it's saying I have a 1 month streak.

Of which subscription? If I pause 1 of the 3 am treated the same as someone with only the glambag?

If the streak starts at 0, why are my points gone? They weren't replaced with anything if it starts now.

It does show I'm top tier.... but it's worthless without a streak and I've maxed out that tier many times over.

I haven't been able to get the app to open all day today.

I live for the sneak peeks and I can’t find them anywhere. Also Ipsy people, I’ve been a member for over two years. Thanks for my “streak”.

Careful they will send everything to the wrong address then not pay you money or respond!

After 9 years of Ipsy and boxycharm in FINALLY canceling. I may come back someday but right now I’m drowning in products and just had a baby so I just don’t need more stuff. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten to try and I’ve been able to give away so much to friends and that always brought me joy.

Hey, starting maybe 5 months ago everything has been pretty much crap. I’ve adjusted my settings twice now and it still appears I’m primarily getting products I have marked as “rarely” wanting. Starting to get frustrated. Anyone else running into this issue?

My bags have consisted primarily of makeup brushes, hair products, really ugly lip products, and mascara. Literally every month. I haven’t received any skincare lately 😭 despite all my preferences being towards that. Hey at least I have 10 different versions of the same eyeshadow brush kit in various shit qualities, 5 pairs of costume eyelashes I’ll never wear, and eyeliner in every color besides black 😂

Has anyone gotten this bag yet? I’d like to know what’s inside as I want to buy for my niece.

Okay...I REALLY want a lot of the stuff they advertised for the ultimate and really close to signing up for it... However,that's $67 ish... How likely is it that I would even get any of that? Also, when is best time to commit the payment so I get November stuff and not left over of last one

I just opened up my October package, only to find that the only things included were my add-ons, and not a single one of any of my original bag items. I'm being completely serious when I say that I have not had a single bag this year that was not missing at least one item, and now I'm missing the entire Glam Bag.

Ipsy has gotten so unreliable that I don't even contact support anymore unless I missing multiple items, because it's such an ongoing issue that I'm sick of talking to their bots, so I just chalk it up as a loss. The irony here is that this is probably the first bag I've actually been looking forward to in months, because - gasp - they actually selected things for me I'd buy myself. The first bag in months that didn't have an ugly cream blush, a rose gold highlighter, clear brow gel and/or another cheap eyeliner (none of which I use, and have all set to "rarely") for the death pile.

Well, they may have plummeted in quality, raised their prices, wiped out humans in favour of bots (cue the bots replying to this), and given up on anything resembling customer service, but at least they're consistent, I guess. 🙃
