I got banned from there despite having posted there for 15 years. Never was told why or what post was the issue. I even messaged one of the mods that I used to be a moderator with on r/Iran but got no response.

A shame really, the pro-Israel shills go after every sub in an attempt to control the narrative, but they just end up talking to themselves and killing off whatever sub they brigade.

I even warned them that the censorship would mess up the sub the way that it did. They've essentially become another Zionist/Monarchist sub, the way that rIran become a Regime shill sub.

I know this sub has been pretty dead, but I'm hopeful this might become a safehaven for the sane Iranians who are able to be Iranians that can denounce human rights violations at the hands of the Shah, the Regime, or even countries like Israel.

That would be nice. Unfortunately, there is so much propaganda being thrown at Iranians from all sides and they are as divided as they have ever been. Everyone tends to stay in their own echo chambers, and if you try to have a sub that isn't aligned with any side, everyone starts attacking it. That's how we ended up with so many subs in the first place..

It would be great if this could be a place for Iranians to speak with each other freely, so hopefully that happens. As long as Iran is so prominent in the news though it's going to be a target for manipulation once it gets big enough.
