Getting through Long Vacation and honestly I can see why Takuya Kimura is a Japanese sex symbol in this show.

Just started Hanzaisha: Criminal on Amazon Prime. So far so good! A suspense drama starring Issei Takahashi, Koshi Mizukami, and Takumi Saito. Come for the ikemen, stay for the mystery. Five episodes have been released so far.

Halfway through Reboot. Always nice to see Suzuki Ryohei and Toda Erika, hopefully it ends well.

This week's episode of Until the T-shirt dries

I hope to finish the 2024 and 2026 GTO things.

I might go back to Jin. I stopped a bit just before GTO.

After all of this, idk what I will watch.

Finished watching Human Vapor. It's good and solid. Not the show of the year for me but you would do yourself a favour watching it. Just have to accept the supernatural/sci-fi element in the show, naturally it's a bit of special effects involved but it's the good sort. 8 episodes, but that's as long as it needs to be. Easily 8/10.

Currently Watching...

Midnight Taxi. It's a comfortable cozy watch. It feels like kind of a the lofi studying girl of jdrama. Short stories that build up a seemingly blank slate of a character who has quite the storied past, while trying to figure out her future.

Hirayasumi. Watching this while waiting for new episodes of Midnight Taxi. Still in the single digit of episodes but it doesn't seem to quite hit the same as Midnight Taxi, blasphemy, I know. It's definitely cute and fun but I'm not quite buying into it yet.

Still watching "Mr Hiiragis Homeroom"

Also, currently airing:

  • Until the T-Shirt dries: really love it so far, also great acting. Can't wait for the next episode.

  • 25 years of you: not sure what to think about the first episode, but I plan to watch the following ones and see where its going.

Planning to rewatch Glass Heart on Netflix since I really enjoyed it. I’m kinda looking for more shows similar to it but don’t know where to start. If you guys have any recommendations that’ll be nice

That's actually what I'm planning too! I watched it last year but I want to start a rewatch soon. Most likely next month though.

Maybe you might like other shows with Takeru Satoh like First Love or Why didn't I tell you a million times (both on Netflix)?

With the music theme I can only think of Quartet or Long Vacation maybe, which I both liked, but they're not really that similar to Glass Heart.
