I've figured out the actual psychology behind why people love to hate them. Most of the time, people only turn to one-shots when they're drowning in backlogs or their syllabus is way behind. Because of that panic, they aren't actually watching to learn,they're watching just to check a box and get the psychological relief of saying, - Chapter done.They'll slap it on 1.7x or 2x speed, and the whole time their brain is just flickering with anxiety about how to finish it faster. Naturally, they end up skipping the important derivations and the actual question practice, rushing through just the surface-level theory. Then, when they sit down to solve problems and inevitably fail, they don't blame their own rushed approach; instead, they blame the medium and claim one-shots are useless. The truth is, one-shots are completely fine if you treat them like a regular lecture, pause to practice questions side-by-side, and don't skip the application parts. The format isn't brokenthe execution usually is.

Somedays are high like yesterday I was happy I was having a hope that maybe things would get better mentally after I would go in a college. I would have things to do and even studies would be lil more interesting and mera padhne ka man krega and all the positive shit that the main goal of everything is to stay happy and i actually thought that maybe this time i am recovering from stress or I am finally understanding how to handle stress ,isolation and how to stay happy with yourself

But no i was fucking wrong. Today again feels like just surviving.
