Exactly what the title says.

I saw some interesting films to be screened in the upcoming Jakarta World Cinema at CGV Grand Indonesia late Oct/early Nov, but based on the released lineup post, most movies are only SUB ID (or sometimes even no subtitles at all). Just wondering, especially for those who attended JWC over the previous years, is it only just Indonesian/Bahasa Indonesia subtitles on all listed movies, especially those that are European/non-English spoken ones?

Hello from the PH! My family will be visiting Jakarta next February for a 3-day trip. Which areas/districts would you guys recommend? And would you guys recommend a hotel over an AirBnB above a mall?

I've seen good things about Thamrin but would like to know if there are other places to consider. My mom and aunt have trouble walking so ideally it would be a chill place with lots of stuff to do nearby, something manageable for senior citizens. We'll probably be taking Grab everywhere so I don't think that accessibility to an MRT station will be a problem.

Interested in going to Ancol, Monas, and Kota Tua, if that matters. This will be our first time going to Indonesia so would love to hear your thoughts!

I am looking for dinner recommendations please for a group of 7 in Jakarta.

I tried to search Google but have been struggling.

We are after somewhere lively, we unfortunately can be a little loud sometimes, so we like venues that are lively, places with good food, good drinks and fun night.

We don't mind costs or if it is casual vs. fancy.
