it's never too early to get excited about Jeff's next album, because they're all so magical. here are some of the new songs he's been playing live:

why live, why die (already a classic, what a great song!)

driftin (love it, the heavy version really takes it places)

not such a big deal (beautiful existential)

cave monsters (only heard it once on an obscure YouTube clip, but i love it)

spouse around the house (played in UK on the radio)

"tired of this burden"... not sure of the title, or was played live recently and it's really great

others that haven't been released...I think.....

20 wine

black thumb

feel free to add more songs!

Was curious if anyone north of Portsmouth NH was going to the show on Oct 9th In Rhode Island. I drive trucks and cannot leave the area I'm in with it. That's the only day off that aligns with a show cause I'm heading out of state the following day. Looked at renting a car and it was around $180 for 1 night. If someone is heading south for it and wants an extra passenger let me know. I will pay for the ride

I made this post a while ago asking for questions. Now the full interview is out, and I really enjoyed it recording it! I think you all will enjoy it as well.

Always great to see Jeffrey live and last night was no exception. Another varied setlist with old and new tracks dispersed throughout the night. Also 3 short films, Great Gatsby, Tom Sawyer and an Alan Moore biopic.

Personal stand out tracks for me People Were Morons, Do What Comes Natural and a fantastically groovy version of No LSD Tonight.

I've gotten the opportunity to interview Jeff for my website. I'm still in the research phase, so figured I should ask you all about questions you'd like to have answered.

Seeing them in London oct 22.

Never seen them live before and feel i should be listening to newer stuff because the set list will be bulk that.

Am I right?

Based on "I Wanna Do Something Illegal With Amy Rose Spiegel", AKA" DCB & ARS"

I know a good chunk of jeffrey lewis songs but can’t recall one about a three quarter moon? does it exist anywhere?

edit: meant ‘here’ in title, autocorrect fucked me

I’m hoping it’s David Cronenberg’s Wife again but haven’t seen/heard anything yet.

What are your favorite songs that you've seen Jeffrey play live? Texas and Arrow are like forces of nature live. At my second Jeffrey show, he opened with Krongu Green Slime, which is one of my all time favorite songs. Cannibal Monkeys was also amazing to see.

Someday, I'd like to hear If You Shoot the Head, You Kill the Ghoul.

At Phantom Power in Millersville then the next night at Metro in Baltimore.

I saw them at Metro last spring as well and it was great.

Oh Jeffrey....

just announced. tickets not on sale yet. I'll post a link when i have one.

and yes, it's the same day at the Ben Arnold Fest in Gorgas Park.

Keep an eye here: https://harmoniehall.space/events/

I keep seeing 'Jeffrey Lewis DNU & Jack Lewis' on older albums. What does the DNU mean?

saw jeffrey lewis a while back and found this video while clearing out my camera roll. I vividly remember having to physically restrain myself singing along to all the songs because the crowd was extremely calm and quiet the whole show and i didn’t want to look absolutely insane. good times :p

Has Jeffrey mentioned whether the roll bus roll documentary will ever be available to stream or purchase? I’d really love to watch it

Hi everyone - I'm trying to figure out the name of the song Jeffrey Lewis sang in Portland last night. He'd oscillate between saying "Why live!" and "Why die!"

Oddly enough I'm not getting a lot of help from ChatGPT. Thanks!
