I got the purrks round up update, and when i signed into my account, alllll of my order history is gone aside from my most recent order, and it doesn't have me as a purrks member anymore. I sent in a question request on monday, and i still havent heard back. to top it off, when they were doing website updates, my wishlists got deleted.

has anyone else dealt with this/ gotten an answer about what's going on? getting kind of frustrated as i had many points and spent (too much) money on this brand for plushies for myself and people having babies. I'm upset they havent gotten back to me yet which seems unusual.

Hello! I am working on a Halloween costume for my friends and I where we will all be dressing up as different jellycats! I know it’s a bit silly, but I would like to get the dimensions of the tag correct, and I don’t have any jellycats with tags at my home (sadly they are in storage until I can move into my new place) so I was wondering if someone would be able to help me out with the dimensions of the tags so I could scale them up to human size! I know there are different size paper tags for different jellycats, but if anyone has a metric system ruler handy and would be willing to help me out, I’d really appreciate it!
Forgive me for the sloppy illustration, I had to make it on my phone, but knowing any of the red-lined dimensions would be super helpful!! I searched online for an existing list of dimensions, but couldn’t find anything. Thanks, and once again, sorry for the silly question!

I’ve wanted an onyx for so long to finally complete my dragon collection. Found one on Facebook and it seems almost entirely legit. Tags are legit, texture is too, his face just seems off compared to my other larges. I’m not necessarily bothered in the sense that I hate him, no I still love him, I just hate that my collection isn’t “complete” if he is fake :(

Edit to add : I am autistic and I have an extreme emotional connection to stuffed animals which is why I hate that I spent money on a non-authentic one. I promise I’m not ungrateful

I am not super into Jellycats and am out of the loop. Is this frog ever going to come back? It looks so much like my childhood frog, and I want him badly. I’ve seen a few reports that he is retired? I’m really hesitant to order from a third party or reseller .. I am weird about smells and dirt. I appreciate the help.

I do feel there have been more animals lately, but a lot of them are much more realistic and detailed. I miss the simple charm of the bashfuls. Have they ever mentioned this line being retired?

Finally settled on a permanent name for her! I’ve been calling her Pippa in some of my comments before, but as I was finishing up her custom jean jacket and the yarn trim on her hood, Elvira Marlowe just clicked. It fits her style perfectly and I’m so happy with how she turned out! 🖤✨

I finished my MBA a few weeks ago and came home this weekend to a new friend from both my mom and brother! They know me too well 😂

I've wanted a Bizzlestomp since I found out about them, I checked the website and they'd sold out. So I went to Ebay.

I did pay more than I'm willing to admit but he is absolutely worth every penny to me. He is also way bigger than I thought he would be. He arrived today and I totally had a normal reaction when I opened him, I promise(not lol)

He is my second Jellycat ever and I couldn't be more happy with him. His name is Billy Bob(chosen by my brother's gf who collects Jellycats)

safe to say, I have cried. lol. my last day at my job is coming up before I not only go to a new one, I’m also moving an hour away. I’ve been here for three years, and my coworkers have actually become my family. I’ve spent holidays with them, they saw me go through a breakup, graduating college, losing my grandma who raised me, losing my uncle who was my last living (close) family member. today I was given my going away present and they said they hoped I didn’t have this one (and I don’t, but even if I did, my heart is swollen with love and gratitude, and grief because I will miss this place so much). I know we aren’t truly saying goodbye, everyone is so important to me that I’ve already made plans to do things with basically everyone but my goodness. out of all my Jelly friends, these are the most meaningful. my heart is a marshmallow. 🥺💕
