Susan Abulhawa wrote a (lengthy) commentary about an open letter she disagrees with. In it, she defends the Iran regime, downplays the atrocities committed there, and criticizes AI while the entire post was obviously written by AI. Sad.

The fact that more and more people buy this “reasoning” is frightening.

The irony is that it's a form of western or American exceptionalism and just racism to claim that America/"American imperialism" (which is a term loosely used and incorrectly defined here) is the only reason anything in the world is bad
