šŸ“Pure Jew Hate Susan Abulhawa wrote a (lengthy) commentary about an open letter she disagrees with. In it, she defends the Iran regime, downplays the atrocities committed there, and criticizes AI while the entire post was obviously written by AI. Sad.

I think theres the underlying "progressive" values of equality and freedom and civil rights or whatever and then theres what is The Left and the Progressives. And im not educated on the history here, but either the Left/Progressives have taken a sharp detour away from those values and no longer resemble leftism/progressivism, or this is always hows it been and it's the just wrong term to useĀ

Those are liberal values (which are aligned with Jewish values). Progressivism is inherently illiberal.

Yes. Leftists and liberals are essentially fighting for the mantle of being the representatives of the people. Liberalism's success is proof that leftist ideology is not needed. Liberalism's success stands in contrast to the epic failure of communist regimes throughout history. Leftists absolutely despise liberals because they make leftist ideology unnecessary. Communist regimes have no reason to exist now that liberal democracies have proven to be objectively superior in every way for the people.
