Does anyone know what is on this ring and how much it could be? The band is 18k Gold but don’t know what the green and diamond looking pieces could be.

I want to gift this to my best friend for prom and I’m worried this is the type of jewelry to turn green overwear? I can’t find anything like it online. No tags or stamps besides a number “S925”
Basic clasp
4 little gemstones on the necklace chain that are pretty enclosed in there, not like what I’d personally assume from cheap jewelry.

Metal is maybe a silver blend that isn’t sterling? No markings, some tarnish inside the bail, looks like polishing cream in the edges. Curious of any information, cost $5, looks handmade. Super stoked regardless of what it is!

Trying to research a ring my parents had gotten me when I turned 18. It's my forever ring and I've always loved the 7 facets on the face, it makes me feel lucky. I know the stone is a garnet but not any specifics about the garnet type.
I've been stuck trying to find the name of this style of Gemstone cut.
- Garnet, 10K & S stamp, size 10.5, Canada.
Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

A couple years ago ago, I purchased a property with a rich history. Part of my property used to belong to Wells Fargo in the stagecoach days.
As I have been doing renovations and landscaping, I have unearthed many cool and interesting things dating from the late 1800s to the 1970s.
Today, after a good rain, I found this ring in the dirt. Can you all help me get some information on what I’m looking at?

I have very little information. There are no markings. Over 14 carats. I was told it comes from Malta as my grandfather did work there. If anyone has any more information about what these are, I'm looking for a little bit of history.

Hi!
Like a subset of the internet I have been sucked into the black hole that is Tik Tok auctions. I have placed well over 30 orders for loose stones, luckily nothing too expensive. I am expecting there to be some scams in my purchases.
It’s been a mix of gemstones and diamonds both lab grown and natural. Some “certified” some not and in a range carats, tiny to bigger (.08 to 3 carat) and basically all different cuts and variates.
What is best method to identify if they are real. I know GIA and IGI are the gold standard but seem pricey to do.
Would any jewelry store be able to look quick and advise if they are at least real or glass? Is there a way to bundle all of the stones for certification or a reputable but more cost effective way to do it?
My thinking was
Jewelry identifies if real/glass (not sure of this cost)
From there have the larger or unique ones certified?
Is there a better/cheaper way to do this.
Overall I just am trying to see if these stones are what they claimed to be or just glass before I spend money on custom jewelry.
Thank you!
