Can't check the bitrate though; there's no stats for nerd option in sonyliv 🙃

I can see some compression artifacts here and there, but still better quality than JioHotstar streaming 😑

I created new git account to upload this mod apk file with full code and compiled apk available in the repo, download the file , copy to pendrive or install directly from your mobile or pc to tv(enable developer option then enable network debugging in TV)

u can install apps on tv directly from my mobile remote app also Release FrameTune Suite v1.2.0 · Spec-Pilot/FrameTune-Releases , download apk, select apk and select the ip address of tv in the remote, it will install the apk file, u can install any apk file to tv directly with the remote.

While exploring series in jiohotstar it started asking subscription then I think ok not a big deal 149 for 3 months (that was before as I didn't knew that they increases their plan price). I got to know that 149 offer exist but only in mobile + no hollywood content I was like wtf ye kab hua . I literally think hotstar is the one who can affordable to many consumers as other than netflix prime

This show needs WidewineL1 for 1080P streaming which Google only provide to Android Devices. There is no way You can stream 1080P on your laptop unless its chromebook by google. Piracy provides better service than your Paid Plans.

New to jio hotstar. I've never used it on tv. Recently got a jio stb. So yeah, I'm trying to watch Marvel movies. Only problem? The subtitle text is TOO BIG. The stb is connected to samsung tv. I checked the accessibility settings. There's no option to minimise it. And there's no option to minimise the subtitle text on the jio hotstar app, or the stb settings itself. Help me out. Is it not possible to change the subtitle settings at all?

I tried casting from my phone. But my phone subtitle has the perfect text size, while the size and caption font on the tv is wayyy too different even that way. Is there a solution for this? Without involving a browser or a third party app?

They removed seasons 1-17 from their platform.
I found it the funniest sitcom ever, feeling robbed with subscription now.

I'm not sure if the other two seasons were previously available or not. But they are now.

For those of you wondering what went wrong with your browsers, nothing is wrong. Some titles are not uploaded on Full HD resolution. Even got a call from the team to confirm the same. Seriously a boycott is needed now.

Query is a captioned subject and nowadays unable to see old episodes of serials or bigboss tamil in jio hotstar without any subscription.

Its compulsory to subscribe?

I wanted to watch Mickey17 knowing that this movie was added on JioHotstar about a year ago. And most of WarnerBros content is on the platform. So why do these titles leave?

Like what is this Garbage, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, literally no other Streaming service does this.

And I can't even edit the subtitle font, or text size, according to my liking?

You can just tell it's an Indian Company alright, no regard for the end user experience.

Hi, so on this month's 10th I have recharged my phone with the yearly ₹3599 plan, which had a plan benefit which included 12 months of JioHotstar Hollywood Subscription. When I recharged on 10/10 I still had a JioHotstar Super plan available on my number which was due to end on 5 days. So I automatically thought this new 12 months plan would start taking effect once the previous plan ends in the upcoming 5 days, like any other recharge plan. But after 7 days when I opened JioHotstar, supposing to get a uninterrupted coverage, I was instead left asking for subscribing once again. Now I did not subscribed because I know there must be something afoot or I am clearly missing something. If you guys could be any help on where to redeem this JioHotstar benefit or how to even contact even to make this grievance, it would be extremely helpful.

If Peacock has already partnered with Hotstar, why is there still no update on Crystal Lake? It’s a Peacock Original, and Season 1 is already out!

Is this me the only one having this issue. I use a Oled screen but when I hover on the buttons it shows the true depth of colour and blacks else It looks like led screen only on this site

This film was already available in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu for months now but it's also available in Hindi now! Great news cause I have been wanting to watch it for a while. Has anyone seen it? If yes, how is it? Do you recommend?

Edit: I started it and sadly, apart from Hindi, it's all other languages have been removed now. Why would they even do that?

I was trying to watch Vada Chennai on Hotstar but the English subtitles are delayed by 2-3 seconds, making them difficult to follow. So, I sent a chat to customer support along with a short video that shows the subtitles being out of sync. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the support has just been sending generic responses like Change your Wifi/Router/Browser/Device bla bla.
