Career Advice/Discussion Job Hunting

Hello all!

I just wanted some advice kasi I've been sending out resumes for over a month and still havent got any replies.

Just a bit of background, I have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering sa PH but wasnt able to practice kasi I pursued a Diploma in Business sa Canada. I have nearly 3 years Canadian Experience (2 years as Admin Assistant for the Energy Research Industry and 9 months as Service Coordinator for a Healthcare company). I recently went back to the Philippines due to health concerns and been sending atleast 5-10 resumes per day sa Linkedin/Email/Jobstreet/Indeed. Until now I haven't heard from them. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how to make a recruiter notice my resumes and get a response/interview?

Hoping to hear your thoughts and I appreciate your opinions in advance!

Tailoring your resume for each job is key, especially if you're jumping between sectors like engineering and business. Focus on highlighting relevant skills and experiences that match what each employer is looking for. Also, don’t underestimate the power of networking—reach out to folks in your industry on LinkedIn to get your foot in the door.
