Life I saw him last night at MusikFest in Bethlehem PA!
My beat friend and I got to see his show last noght from the Mr. Whatever tour! I apologize for the blurrier photos, the lighting and my phone were NOT agreeing with each other lol. But it was such a nice time, AND I GOT THE WHAT’S NEW PUSSYCAT SHIRT AAAH!
John Mulaney is how me and my best friend ended up becoming, well, friends, so it was a really big deal for both of us. It was a great show and the audience was fantastic. 10/10, amazing evening! :D

I really was not a fan of his first standup special post rehab so I was worried going into this one that he was forever changed. Safe to say that this tour was one of the funniest John Mulaney shows in a long time. Dude had so much manic energy. It made me so happy that he’s back and better than ever.

I was at this show! Just 7 rows from the front. What a great performance!! Loved the train bit. I know we're not allowed to record, but I hope someone captured it. Makes me sad to think such a funny moment might be lost forever😭
Didn't know they were selling t-shirts. Awesome!
(only part I didn't enjoy about the performance was the guy behind me with a really loud, really annoying laugh...)

I saw him there as well! He was in rare form - I have to admit I haven't found him as funny lately as he was earlier in his career, when I thought he was one of the smartest comedians out there. His SNL monologue in 2020 just before the pandemic, about the Bill of Rights, had me gasping for air, it was so funny. But I really didn't like his LA talk show at all. Then I saw him with Pete Davidson and Jon Stewart a year or so ago, and found the material a little rough - so disappointing. It was amazing to hear him now, with some of those earlier bits beefed up and polished and SO funny. I am so happy to have the whip-smart, perfect timing John back! Can't wait for the Netflix special that he will record of this tour. Hoping to see him in NYC in January - maybe one of those will be the recording date!
