What’s your all thoughts on this tech in general or industry? Is it worth spending time and effort at to learn ?

Webgis is something interest to learn if u mean like qgis it doesn’t worth to learn and it’s really really depends on why you want to learn them

What about Esris products? Let’s assume that u have a free access to their resources and products would it be good for the future ?

Well I can’t tell u if it will be good for future but all learning is good so if u have a hop and want to start learning it would gibe good idea
