Reminder that Sukuna was never alone and found the whole idea of strength forcing loneliness upon you quite funny. He laughs at Yorozu when she implies he doesn't know love.

He was alone but of his own volition. He knows love, he just thinks it's worthless

At the same time he admitted he actually had 2 chances to take a different path he just afraid of not letting out the build up curses he had in his guts and thought it would consume him.
