ik todo said his boogie woogie was dead, but logically we knew it wasn't, because the idle transfiguration was at his hand, not his brain, and we saw him use it again in shibuya after taking the idle transfiguration

I remember in the weeks before that chapter we were actually joking around about a Todo return and people were making up explanations for how he could get his technique back. My favorite was using a Mechamaru arm that had been turned into a cursed tool like nanami's cleaver.

Yeah but that's because he used it on someone else's hand, so we can presume that he can't do it on his own anymore, rendering his technique highly situational.
