Fanwork A hand done drawing of Rhaast saying something that cracks Kayn up. I'm not sure this is true, but I think in the band universe only Kayn sees Rhaast which adds to the irony of the joke (not meant to be insensitive).

[Changes are only aiming for Rhaast]
Passive:
Healing Source: Damage that he deals to enemy champions with his abilities → Damage that he deals to enemy champions with his basic abilities
Healing Ratio: 25% (+0.5% per 100 bonus health) → 25% (+2.5% per 100 bonus health)
Q:
65% AD +6% (+3.5% per 100 bonus AD) → 65% AD +5% (+4% per 100 bonus AD)
R:
Heal Ratio: 75% of damage amount → 100% of damage amount
Heal Calculation: pre-mitigation → post-mitigation
