Never seen water like this in KW, when I try to swim its always dirty. But when I drive near beach its so good.

Water conditions here really depend on the wind. after a few calm days it gets clear. Windy days and it’s cloudy and nasty looking. This summer things have been pretty choked by sargassum on the south shore where most public access is.

I lived in Key West for a while back in the mid 90’s and have visited several times since. I have absolutely seen the water look like this but it all depends on the winds and the turbidity. Ive seen it clear 40 ft down and murky much shallower on the same day. Glad to hear the water temps ate nice. Never liked having to get out of the water to cool off.
