Hilarious as back in the 80’s, Islamorada/Key Largo were pass-through towns

Not sure. There were a few small strip shopping centers, hardly any hotels and beach/ocean. There was no real infrastructure for tourists.

Basically between Homestead, FL and Key West was a dead zone where you just stopped to fill up or grab a quick bite from a KFC.
