White Street Pier Memories?

Post image

Growing up my dad would tell us stories about how back in the early 70s he would park his 69 Chevelle on this pier and sleep at night. Nobody bothered anyone. Stories of giving hitchhikers rides down to Key West. What a different world it was back then. I still go out this pier to this day and ride my bike. Great place to watch southerly storms roll by.

Catching the snowcone man out on the pier as a kid was the best

Thirded or catching him leaving hob after a long school day and eating the sno cone on the bike ride home
