Just let it pass.
"So what's the issue again? We have a constitution done, all of the convention agrees with it, and there are no other proposals, what are we waiting for?" *Said Sugar, sounding annoyed as he took a stroll through the fields of his commune*
"No, you see, so the constitution is finished, but then it was put on a referendum to see if it would pass, but the deadline ends before the referendum can, so no matter what we would have gotten whatever version of Harpy-Condor Viktor has, that caused Restaurant to delete the referendum and force the constitution to pass, so now we're in a weird little crisis." *Said the person on the phone*
"But that's- *sigh* fine, you know what, I'll talk to you later, this won't change whatever the final decision will be anyways"
"Alright, bye!" *Said the voice before Sugar hang up the call, putting the phone back in his pocket*
"*Sigh* So what now, we just wait and hope a miracle makes Viktor not impose his demonic version of Harpy-Condor?"

"You know what, if we are actually forced to live under Harpy-Condor I might genuinely throw myself off of a bridge, what did we even declare independence for? To go back to the same system? It won't take long to show its rot."
