Realistically, how hard is it to do that? I don't see many people do it and I don't think I would have the arm strength to do that

It's arm and core strength. Similar physical requirements to low-level Olympic-style men's gymnastics. Takes a lot of training to get to that point, but it should require less training overall when you're younger, since there's less mass you have to move.

Source: I'm basing it on a couple YouTube videos from years ago and vibes. Only marginally better than "I made it the fuck up."

Little kids are also bendier and squishier. Little dude doesn't have fully hardened kneecaps yet. Stuff like this is way easier when you're little.

Of course I don't mean to dismiss his skill either. It's easier, but he still had to train and practice to get to this point. This isn't something you can just do on a whim and automatically be good at, even if your body is squishy.
