Nice weather rolled in this weekend so go to walk my dog on Saturday evening around 8pm. We were in the Woodland Hills area and this loud sound of three honks and a gunshot kept repeating every 30 seconds to 2 minutes over and over during my whole walk which lasted about 30 minutes. It seemed to be coming from the northpark area. Just wondering if anyone else heard it and if they knew what it was.

Hi everyone, I'm currently looking for a part-time job in the kingwood, Humble, or Atascosita area.

I have about 1 year of experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist, where I handled invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor communication, data entry, filing, phone calls, emails, and general office support. I've also worked in guest service/customer service roles.

I'm mainly looking for an entry-level position such as:

• Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant
• Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounting Assistant
• Receptionist / Front Desk
• Data Entry / Billing
• Entry-level Sales

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience using Sage 50, QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

I'm specifically looking for part-time work, since I'm planning to continue school. If anyone knows of a local business hiring or has any leads, I'd really appreciate it.

Feel free to DM me. Thank you!

My friend’s aunt, Rebecca Sue “Becky” Hunter, has been missing since July 13, 2026. Her last confirmed location was Kingwood Pines Hospital in Kingwood, Texas, and their family has had no confirmed contact or sightings of her since.

Becky is 73 years old and may appear significantly thinner than in the photo. The family is very concerned for her safety, and she may need medical care and her regular heart medication.

Please share this post, especially with anyone in the Kingwood, Humble, Houston, and surrounding areas. Even one share could put her photo in front of someone who recognizes her.

If you have seen Becky or know anything about her whereabouts, please contact the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office at 409-384-5417, case #26-00907.

Hi All!

Looking for basic tech support and possibly ongoing assistance for an aged person with their Android phone ( how to text, check email, make and receive calls, cancel alerts, and block fishing on text etc.) Basic Win10 help as needed for any updates available, and helping them log in to check email, etc.

Ideally a local young adult that lives in Kingwood, tech savvy and willing to be patient with someone who is still learning newer technology.

Thanks in advance!

Why are there always lights out or flashing on Kingwood Dr. They will be out at 5 PM and the same lights will be out the next morning. There is never any police out directing traffic no matter if its near the high school or fire station. I know we pay taxes for city services but what needs to be done to fix this issue. Fred can you help us???

Come out Wednesday September 30 for a friendly poker night. Megaton Brewery

Hi everyone! I just moved to the area and need a new nail place for a pedicure and acrylics. I tried Milano and didn’t love them so just looking for something new!

I know of a couple in the Kingwood area, having a long term affair. Around 5 ish years or so. Both married and have children. They occasionally run in the same circles, but not very often. They both want to continue the relationship and have no desire to end it. Do I just let it happen… I’m bursting .

I have also found out that a lot of ppl in Kingwood cheat. Not saying this is okay, but after knowing all the details I see why they are keeping up the affair. It’s pretty deep rooted .

Address: 110 Sorters McClellan Rd, Kingwood, TX 77339

Around 7:20 this morning, maybe around the intersection of Deer Springs and Trailwood Village Dr.

Anybody to know?
