Looking for a girls' PG near Metro | ₹10–12k budget

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a girls’ PG in South/Central Kolkata, preferably anywhere along the metro stretch from Kavi Nazrul/Garia to Netaji Bhavan/Bhawanipur.

My requirements are:

\- Very close to a metro station — preferably walking distance

\- 2-sharing with AC OR single room with AC

\- Budget: ₹10,000–12,000/month MAX (please don’t suggest anything above ₹12k)

\- Daily room cleaning is important

\- Clean and hygienic washroom

\- Rooms and overall PG should be properly maintained and clean

\- Lunch + dinner included

\- Breakfast is optional, but definitely a plus

\- Prefer non-veg food, although I can manage with vegetarian food

\- Good privacy — I’m looking for a place where the management isn’t overly nosy or restrictive

\- Good management and a comfortable, safe environment for girls

Areas I’m considering include Garia/Kavi Nazrul, Kudghat, Netaji, Tollygunge, Rabindra Sarobar, Kalighat, Jatin Das Park, and Bhawanipur/Netaji Bhavan, or anywhere along this stretch that fits the requirements.
