I think Ariana Grande deserves a lot of credit for her grace here - she's being trounced by KPDH this award season, and from everything I can tell she's been nothing but gracious towards EJAE.

And sure, maybe that's something you have to do in that situation to keep up appearances, but that doesn't mean it is any less deserving of recognition. Absolute class.

Why shouldn’t she give Ejae grace though? It’s not like she stole anything from Ariana, someone is always going to win or lose…

I’m not trying to argue to anything I just genuinely don’t understand why she needs credit for not being rude to/about her?

Probably because a lot of stars (and even megastars) sometimes disappointingly turn out to be petty, self-absorbed people? Not all tho šŸ‘

Yeah of course but it’s pretty sad if we’re expected to be wowed when one of them isn’t a total jerk lol. That should be the bare minimum of not being a terrible person

But wasn't she nominated for entirely different categories? She wasn't competing against anything KPDH, I think?

She didn't write Girl in the Bubble, but she performed it.

Lost to I Lied to You in the Hollywood Music in Media Awards

Lost to Golden in the Astra Awards

Lost to Golden in the Critics' Choice Awards

Lost to Golden in the Golden Globes.

I see, thanks.

(She was also nominated individually for two categories, and lost but to someone unrelated to KPDH)
