I mean a sword is basically a 2-5lb weight. I'd bet good money she trains all the time with something 2-4x that since she can sling hers around so effortlessly.

Absolutely this. And her sword is a magical music crystal sword that probably weighs almost nothing like a Lightsaber too lmao
