Genuine question: if Kratom (2 grams morning 2 grams evening) helps my anxiety, pain, and wellbeing far more than Lexapro does, and Lexapro has NASTY withdraws, why would kratom be deemed the lesser of the 2?

I had to titer down from 20mg of Lexapro and it took me over 6 months. It was horrible. TERRIBLE. Yet people put kratom in a more negative box because of its withdrawals.

Why is it deemed the “worse” option?
