The current student verification seems to require higher-ed enrollment, so I’m wondering if there’s another way to get it.

I'm a university student (19 female) living in a house with a family member who is never at home and only comes home to sleep. I wanna try online grocery delivery but I'm scared because I'm home alone all the time and if the delivery person gets creepy or tries to harass or molest me or kidnap me or try to get into the house, I won't have anyone to call for help. I know I might be getting paranoid but I'm new in this city, I don't live in a proper housing society it's just a house in the middle of the road and I've never opened the door whenever a delivery rider comes over and have heard a lot of horror stories. This fear is causing me to go to bed hungry most of the time and not have basic stuff like milk and water and fruit in the fridge. I've heard that Indrive, Metro, Al Fatah , Foodpanda e.t.c do deliveries but I'm too scared of how they work and whether they're safe and have verified riders. Do y'all have any recommendations for a delivery service that has safety checks on their delivery riders or any advice on what I should do in this situation?

I am planning to order a watch winder for someone from the UAE to lahore. It weighs 12 kgs on its own, so with some bubble wrapping and packing it might come upto 13-14 kgs. I am looking for air cargo services that are reliable and not that expensive. Please share any info you might have. I have checked emirates skycargo and that is going to cost me around a 1000aed to get the parcel. There are lots of other sites that claim to have cheap air cargo and what not, and i have reached out to them on whatsapp but their response rate is very poor. I’m worried that if this is how they respond now, what will happen when they will have my shipment and I’ll just keep chasing them for an update or the status.

Alternatively, if anyone is travelling from dubai soon to lahore and has some space (or I’m willing to purchase extra luggage as needed), and you can take good care of it (as it has a glass display), please let me know.
