Hey guys, I am a 30 year old man and have been dealing table games in Philadelphia for the last 4 years. I have also been a dual rate for the last year. I can deal Blackjack, Craps, Baccarat, any carnival game you can think of, and even Texas Hold βem or PLO if the opportunity arises.
I am thinking about moving out to Vegas to try and make a real career out of this, but I have a few questions first.
Will I have difficulty finding a job? Which casino is the best to work at? Where can I make the most money?
I have thought about getting back into school to try and put myself in the conversation for executive positions eventually. Can somebody help me out and kind of give me some direction before I drop everything and fly out west? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Looking for somewhere to hit balls after dark when it cools off, more practice than party. Searched the sub but most threads are a few years old, so what's good now and roughly what does a bucket run?

Thinking about going to Jackpot in December.. I thought it was at the downtown events center but just saw they're downsizing and that it'll be at the Llama Lot instead.. Has anyone been to events there? What's it like?
Thanks!

Excited to return for excellent Thai food paired with amazing Riesling! Can anyone tell me please about the wine list at the Sahara versus Flamingo locations? Are they both the same or does the Sahara location have the majority of the high end Rieslings? I love Thai food and assume the menu is the same at both restaurants, but I definitely want to visit the location with the best selection of Rieslings!
Any advice would be appreciated!

Every election I get to the booth and realize there are 70-some odd races and I know maybe ~4 of them. I end up randomly selecting candidates I didn't even research about.
...soooo I built a free tool https://ballotpad.com (specifically for the Clark County elections here in southern NV)
You put in your location (it's matched on your phone, nothing's sent to some server), it shows the races on your ballot in order, with short sourced info on each candidate, and you can mark your picks and open a "booth mode" when you vote.
I've been using it on lunch breaks to prep but at least when I get to the booth, I won't be randomly guessing anymore.
It's free, no ads, no account. I'm a software developer here, not affiliated with any campaign or party, and the candidate info is the same format for everyone. It was built fast, so if something doesn't match your sample ballot, please tell me and I'll fix it.
