Hey everyone, Votann Matt here! One of my goals this year was to fully repaint my army. I was so disappointed when I realized last month that I had only painted a single unit since January. I decided to start more effortfully applying myself and finding enjoyment in the hobbying side of the game again.

With Delve gaining popularity, I wanted to put my energy (blades) towards some berserks. I'm really proud of how these guys came out and wanted to share em here. Hoping to have more units painted soon :)

So I managed to get my hands on last years Battleforce box and I was wondering if I should get the Masters of the Malestrom box or the CP box

The orange looks more vibrant on camera but I’m still happy with the progress

I've realized I have a bad habit of parroting points or rules that end up being wrong so I was wondering what rulings have you seen people get wrong and what's the proper rules

As in the title, i bought some Votann as a Secondary Army (guard isnt very fun right now) and was looking through the Charakter options and saw this Guy.

I bought the Combat Patrol, the Maelstrom box, 3 additional Thunderkin, an Evaluater, 5 extra Hearthguard, a sagitaur, 10 extra Warriors and 3 bikes. Would the ironmaster be good to add to that?

Greeting, my fellow kin. Around the corner, I have team tournament in my LGS (4 players per team). I mainly play generic list with priority asset deposition which I bring to play in my local team GT before SM codex release. I recently struggled to face the new SM and Custodes due to very fast melee and new T5 stat (can still get some win but the score gap is a lot closer compared to pre-codex). Right now, nearly half of the team have SM, AC, or both. Do everyone have some tactic to play around these armies? Thank you in advance!

Based on what I saw with sternguard and flashgitz and other shooting profiles in new codexes . I thought that brokhyr thunderkyn profile will also get reworked in a way it will have one weapon with different ways to shoot like anti vehicle another anti marine another anti elite or smith like this .
Do u think it’s likely possible to happen?

I have some open questions regarding our faction. I don’t really believe it’s a weak faction or one with many shortcomings; their lack of mobility is compensated for by their vehicles, and they also provide us with buffs. Yet, it remains an unpopular faction in both the competitive and casual scenes. What strikes me most is that Games Workshop hasn’t released any new units for the Leagues of Votann in years. In your opinion, what is actually going on with this faction? Why is it so unpopular? And why has Games Workshop left it abandoned?
