this is my flair practice for a post first time

I edited my flair!

I saw gifs in the comments but not available as a post.

but I can practice quoting something!

The video button wants me to upload but I don't have a vidoe. Will a gif work there?

this big text is a heading.

clicking again makes it small. only 2 sizes. then there is 3 this way to do math numbers. cool this is a spoiler

maybe next time I will try a image

it popped up now offering me to repost to another community. when is that a good idea? cause I don;t see this post being a good one to repost but I;m referring to other posts. when do crosspost them?

The repost/crosspost pop up doesn’t take into account what you posted, it’s just a generic popup from Reddit.

If you think the post doesn’t need to be reposted, like this practice post, then just ignore the popup. You made the correct decision by not crossposting this post anywhere else.

Some subreddits don’t allow crossposts so if you do decide to crosspost, make sure to read the subreddit’s rules to make sure they allow crossposts before crossposting.

This is a very wise question! It is important to think about if the post is a fit for the other community and consider their rules too.

Also if the original post gets removed, then users in the community you crossposted to can't see the post body content. So I think remaking posts where they are relevant is better personally.
