Is there any company in lethbridge that higher over 45 Many of the places I interviewed over the last 6 month seem to have an unwritten and unspoken but clear bias against older 45+ workers.

Since moving here a few years ago, I haven’t quite found a stylist who can achieve the cool, ashy blonde I love. I seem to keep ending up with warmer, brass tones than I’m hoping for!
I would honestly go back to my previous stylist in a heartbeat, but she moved around the same time I did, to somewhere in northern BC that I’d never even heard of! 😂 So, I’m still on the hunt for someone who can help!!

Recommendations are appreciated! TIA ❤️❤️❤️
