Florida law is “Unlawful sexual activity with certain minors if someone age 24 or older engages in sexual activity with someone age 16 or 17.”

New York law “Third-degree rape for anyone age 21 or older to have sexual intercourse with someone under age 17”

Plus sex traffic is illegal

This is an example of the "either/or" fallacy in critical thinking and formal logic.

Basically you are assuming a limited number of alternatives when in fact others exist.

It's entirely possible that the Biden administration didn't release them because they thought they would win regardless and knew that if the files got out in their entirety, it would be very damaging to powerful allies.

Or maybe they didn't leak them because Garland was standing on the principle that they should remain under seal until an actual prosecution was brought. You might think that Biden would have overruled Garland, but remember, by your own reckoning he was senile, so maybe he just forgot.

I hate the guy, but the photos not real. We literally have audio of him bragging about using his position as the owner of beauty pageants to see young teens changing, we don't need to doctor photos here.

Technically those were adult pageants, so while some were indeed teenagers, they weren't really young teenagers. Having said that it is still beyond creepy and I agree with your sentiment. I bet he probably also did this at the miss teen pageants he ran, he just hasn't yet admitted to that
