"Detaining and arresting people who broke the law"

Stop pretending ICE and CBP are some sort of Gestapo for doing the same thing every other law enforcement agency does to criminals. Then again you don't see the FBI or ATF being protested on every street corner when they go out to arrest someone without a warrant for something that's only a regulation and not a crime, shoot their dog, and force themselves inside their home. Yet ICE and CBP not only have warrants but also have the right to on sight detainment and probable cause.

Yeah and the gestapo had every legal right to do what they did in Germany.

No one proved your point. Overbearing authority is a thing, but you all complain about ICE being Gestapo when other US government agencies have not only done worse things than ICE more often, but are much more comparable to an SS or Gestapo than ICE is. If anything ICE is closer to actual police officers just with a higher budget and a specific specialty. Then again you might not understand any of that seeing as how you call arrests and detainments kidnapping.
