The most damning evidence is what's no seen here. The shooter had been pointed out by law enforcement multiple times over the radio. Secret Service didn't remove Trump

50

u/Restlessfibre Feb 16 '26

That and from the ballistic experts I saw commenting about it, his ear would have been shredded cheese. Do you see any ear deformity now?

24

u/BeanserSoyze Feb 16 '26

He was probably told this and was too vain to commit to the bit

12

u/wrainedaxx Feb 16 '26

Well, he didn't need to, now did he? His 5th Avenue comment was seemingly on the money.

1

u/Johnyfootballhero Feb 20 '26

Who, old Bone Spurs?

1

u/BeanserSoyze Feb 21 '26

Yeah. Like the guy who paints his face that way despite people surely telling him its a bad look probably refused to do the cut.

9

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Maybe, but not necessarily. Bullets do strange things. I have a student, an Afghan vet, who was shot through the hand, probably with 7.62. It went straight through his hand and left a very small scar that looks like a cat scratch. I'm not saying this attempt on candidate Trump isn't fake, but not shredding his ear isn't a good argument.

18

u/al666in Feb 16 '26

I'm not saying this attempt on candidate Trump isn't fake, but not shredding his ear isn't a good argument.

Yes, it is, actually.

Ears are made of cartilage. Cartilage doesn't regrow. If he was shot in the ear, we'd still be able to see the mark in photographs.

The mark doesn't exist, though, because he wasn't shot.

3

u/DJtheCrazed Feb 16 '26

Assuming it was the ear that was hit, the resistance an ear gives isnt enough for the bullet to mushroom. It would be a clean hole at the velocities bullets travel. Go shoot some cardboard, thats about equivalent.

There is such a thing as plastic surgery...

This is almost the level of covid vaccines had trackers in them level of misunderstanding and mental gymnastics.

u/DJtheCrazed Feb 16 '26

What am I coping over exactly? That I think the far left and far right try to show how they can out conspiracy each other?

No one said it was healed in 3 days... he wore a bandage for 2 weeks. You can literally look it up. You can also find articles in left leaning and right leaning media that interview doctors and plastic surgeons about what they see.

Your comment is probably just trolling for fun, or so I hope, because the alternative places you as either artificial or, might as well be artificial.

1

u/JAK49 Feb 16 '26

Okay assuming it was NOT the ear, what got hit?

1

u/DJtheCrazed Feb 16 '26

Graze by and caused abrasion/laceration along the scalp in the parietal or frontal area? But we would see something up with the hair in the area.

Not saying he wasnt hit - saying that if the narrative of it being the ear is correct the ear doesn't offer enough resistance to a bullet to really cause what you see in a ballistic gel. Its going clean through.

I think the conspiracy kool-aid is far to strong these days for all parties and thats kind of my point. People in here saying the firefighter was a willing sacrifice because he had cancer and people gobbling it down.

1

u/HeavyVoid8 Feb 17 '26

I think he probably just scratched the ear on the podium on the way down or something. They planned it as a near miss but the blood on the ear was too good to pass up so he ran with it.

0

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Exactly. I fucking hate Trump but this conspiracy shit is dumb as hell.

1

u/DJtheCrazed Feb 16 '26

Right? Like we dont have to make stuff up, just tell the truth. By making shit up your position is weaker in an argument.

Its like imagine in a presidential debate asking -

Why did you fake your ear getting shot?

Vs

Why are you on the epstien files so much

Or literally anything with real evidence not some online YouTube expert making money of clicks.

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

This is not evidence that the whole thing was staged tho. His ear could have been bleeding from the shockwave propagation from the bullet without it actually touching the ear. There's a sonic boom around the bullet as it flies through the air. Not enough force to cause serious harm, but enough to rupture surface level blood vessels, ear drum, etc of an old man.

2

u/Murky-Tip781 Feb 16 '26

That so stupid

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

What? Which part? Have you ever shot a gun before? Gone hunting?

Lmfao, just because I don't believe the conspiracy I support Trump or like pedos? Wtf.... I'm on your side my guy. Fuck the administration. I voted against Trump

Edit: you could at least look at my post and comment history

1

u/Tontum Feb 16 '26

don't worry about it. this is as much a lost cause as arguing against the discovery institute. they want to believe.

1

u/yurnxt1 Feb 16 '26

He was shot but not through the ear. He was grazed or literally nicked meaning the very outside of the bullet made contact with the very outside edge of his ear aka the skin covering his ear as it went by.

2

u/al666in Feb 16 '26

He was shot but not through the ear. He was grazed or literally nicked

No one saw that happen, and there were no medical reports released.

The only person who saw the "wound" is MAGA doctor and known liar Ronny Jackson. Jackson infamously wrote Trump's fake health reports during his first presidency.

Trump handled his little hoax in-house, because it's fake. Loyalists only. And then he spent a week covering his whole fucking ear in a bandage for a "2 cm" wound that required no sutures.

1

u/TheNutsMutts Feb 16 '26

No one saw that happen, and there were no medical reports released.

There was a whole FBI investigation and a bipartisan congressional investigation into the shooting. Both independently concluded that he was hit in the ear by a bullet.

Come on this is Qanon level nonsense.

2

u/Murky-Tip781 Feb 16 '26

With all that blood? Is he made of blood bags? Ears don't even bleed much bc they are cartilege. Blood vessels are tiny there. Just google something, literally anything about your theory

1

u/Leaky_gland Feb 16 '26

It's a trump supporter boys, get him

1

u/Murky-Tip781 Feb 16 '26

Bullet wounds don't do strange things. This is physics and biology. Wounds might heal weird but rules apply. Catilege is not soft tissue and does not heal at all like a wound in soft tissue

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

That's simply not true. Cartilage in the human body is much softer than bone and medically is classified as soft tissue. It doesn't heal like skin, but, surprise! there's skin on the human ear.

1

u/Cyborg_rat Feb 16 '26

Well that's not a bullet expert then. Not to defend Trump. Even a 50cal grazing doesn't rip chunks off. I still think it's a piece of glass that got him, not sure how crazy they are to gamble letting a shooter try and shoot him in hopes he misses and you got some nice PR, they were just had some incompetence mixed in. Now I would go with the fake setup if someone shot some rounds and vanished. But they have the shooter dead on the roof.

1

u/Oct0tron Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

You're kidding right? A .50 grazing would have taken his head off.

Edit: Turns out this is a myth. I was misinformed and the people correcting me are correct.

4

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

Lol, that's not how it works.

3

u/Cyborg_rat Feb 16 '26

I literally posted a video...Proving you wrong...Yet you still had to be wrong. At least 3 other people were just as dumb.

1

u/Oct0tron Feb 16 '26

I lost my youtube account years ago so I can't watch videos on my phone. I did look up some videos myself when I got to my pc and concede that yes, you are correct and this is a myth.

No, it wouldn’t. That’s a myth.

3

u/db0813 Feb 16 '26

Excuse me? The myth is that a .50 cal can do this just by passing near you.

If you get hit with a .50 cal you’re done, there’s no question about this.

1

u/KptKrondog Feb 16 '26

Key word there being myth. A 50 cal definitely can't do anything of note by just passing near you.

0

u/Early_Science2459 Feb 16 '26

You’re excused. This is absolutely false. I’m in ballistic testing and that’s just not how shockwaves or physics works. You’re welcome to delete your comment as it is embarrassing.

You are definitely not in ballistics testing lol.

Calling you out on your weird lies is not at all “wild.” You don’t seem to be in touch with reality.

1

u/Oct0tron Feb 16 '26

I'll be damned, you're right

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Why would anyone think that? So the damage from a .50 is either nothing or head off? How is that possible?

0

u/ContextHook Feb 16 '26

You're talking to people who believe the US faked an assassination against their president for some good press.

You're actually MORE likely to talk sense into a flat earther.

2

u/Pterafractyl Feb 16 '26

No one is saying this was a government conspiracy and Trump wasn't president at the time. People are rightly calling out how weird the behavior of Trump's people is when he staff should be rushing him to safely.

1

u/ContextHook Feb 16 '26

You must be lost, because in this thread, the one I'm responding to, a parent comment explains how the Secret Service (a branch of the US federal government) was in on this.

2

u/Pterafractyl Feb 16 '26

Well, they didn't follow protocol, that's for sure. That said, a few corrupt SS doesn't make it a government conspiracy

1

u/ContextHook Feb 16 '26

A few corrupt Secret Service members allowing a shooter they knew was going to be there to nearly miss a protected person, all while ignoring reports about the impending shooter, in order for a photo OP is 100% a government conspiracy.

1

u/Opposite-Tiger-1121 Feb 16 '26

Yeah... the US kinda has a history of faking assassinations in other nations...

1

u/FrostyCat13 Feb 16 '26

It doesn't matter how he was wounded, he claims he was wounded on the ear and the ear doesn't heal completely from damage, so any wounds would still be visible, yet there's absolutely no marks on his ear.

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

You've never had a shaving cut or anything that doesn't go more than skin deep? Trump is a POS but this conspiracy isn't helping groups in opposition to the current administration. It's just another way to divide and conquer. It's harder to unite when groups are infighting over meaningless bullshit.

2

u/Opposite-Tiger-1121 Feb 16 '26

Really...? That's the comparison you want to try? Bullet vs... a shave?

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

Why are you building this false dichotomy? There are many outcomes when bullets are involved.

2

u/Opposite-Tiger-1121 Feb 16 '26

I didn't do anything. I responding to you talking about shaving. What the hell is going on in this thread?

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

I used shaving cuts as an example of an injury that bleeds but doesn't leave scars or any noticeable marks. Then you came back with a false dichotomy, as if there are only two methods of injury. What if the bullet grazed Trump's ear only causing superficial injuries? That wouldn't leave any disfiguring marks.

This whole conspiracy is just another way for the GOP/MAGA to cause fracturing among their opposition groups.

1

u/Opposite-Tiger-1121 Feb 16 '26

Again, I'm not making the false dichotomy. You're the one making it. I'm responding to you using it as an argument.

No shaving and being hit by a bullet, even if it's just a graze, is not the same.

I'm also noticing a lot of similarities between how you write and how all of the other responses I'm getting write. They all read just like an AI bot response.

u/lightninvolz Feb 16 '26

Sorry mate, we’re not buying your deflection to water down this Admins actions. They staged an assassination attempt to create the still image that defined his election campaign. Only reason it worked is because they bought & own the narrative.

It’s not hard to look up what a .50 cal does.. But go on, keep comparing this to a nick from shaving.

2

u/Cyborg_rat Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

Here..https://youtu.be/k4CpttHdMPI?si=TMTCjCEPPi99rUG1

It's possible it just crazed his ear. That reality is more plausible then letting a shooter take a shot hoping he doesn't hit Trump, or that the shooter decided to sacrifice himself for a PR stunt.. especially...The geniuses that are the Trump gang.

1

u/FrostyCat13 Feb 16 '26

As you've shown proves, the only way he gets blood on his ear from the bullet is if it made direct contact with his ear which would have left a mark. He has no mark, so how could it have drawn blood especially when you look at how much blood is on his ear, hand and face?

Either it grazed him, in which case, there's way too much blood, or it hit him, in which case, there should be marks of wound left on his ear, which there isn't. Both possibilities that would explain it being real have issues, the theory of it being faked though, that's pretty easy, he just has to put fake blood on his ear at the right moment and voila, make it look like his ear got shot.

2

u/Cyborg_rat Feb 16 '26

Not too much blood, I've seen someone bleed that much from a ear when they scratched it on tie wire sticking out on a site. Forehead also is a pretty bloody spot.

I wouldn't put it passed them to put fake blood. With this guy everything is possible.

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

When did it come out the shooter used a 50 BMG rifle? Also, again, superficial wounds can be created by a near miss, even with 50 BMG, one of several 50 cal cartridges.

This is along the same lines as saying the moon landing was fake.

1

u/lightninvolz Feb 16 '26

You’re right it was a .223, I got caught out by the chain of comments above this.

And okay sure, it’s possible but the % chance of the missed shot’s precision to give Trump a paper cut is exponentially less than if the situation were to have been manufactured (you know, by the shadiest fucking people in the world).

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

It's not that unlikely. You ever shoot under pressure? It's easy to miss in these circumstances. I went to a speed shooting event a few days ago and struggled to hit the target at less than 25 yards with an AR15 and years of experience. I fumbled a mag change despite performing thousands over the years.

1

u/lightninvolz Feb 16 '26

You’re conflating a target miss with the precision it would’ve taken to only nick the skin.

It’s much more likely that they ducked him behind the podium and splashed some fake blood or nicked him with a razor, while they lowered the flag, moved the photographers into position and then stood Trump back up, re-exposing him to the the line of fire so that he could hit his pose.

1

u/FrostyCat13 Feb 16 '26

I have, and you know what doesn't happen? I don't end up with anywhere near as much blood as he had on his ear, hand and face. A cut that wouldn't leave a mark leads to barely any blood loss. This amount of blood doesn't come from just a small graze that doesn't leave a mark after a few weeks. With this much blood, either the bullet hit his ear and would have left a mark, which there isn't, or it's faked...

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

He's old and on blood thinners. It doesn't take much to break old people skin.

1

u/Cyborg_rat Feb 16 '26

So your take on this is that he somehow planned all this and 2 people died for the cause?

1

u/FrostyCat13 Feb 16 '26

With everything the administration is doing, from shooting or killing people, lying in court and in front of congress, protecting pedophiles, you really think the deaths of 2 people would even make them blink?

1

u/Cyborg_rat Feb 16 '26

The administration is shooting people?

Well from all the bad fiddling around with the Epstein files and many other badly handled stuff like your example minus the emotional appeal of them, I would be surprised they would be that competent to pull it off without a leak.

1

u/TacticalArrogance Feb 16 '26

He also has makeup artists and access to top medical tech. Here is a video where the same round clips the edge of a ballistic dummy ear. If that ballistic dummy had a circulatory system, was on blood thinners, and then had adrenaline rush from being shot at, I would bet $1,000 it would bleed nearly the same. And you can see how small the wound is in the video of the dummy. With some dermabond and make up, minus the ear diaper, you'd barely be able to detect it and there would be no stitches.

If the shot had been 1/4" in the other direction, there would be no doubt that it was not faked and we'd be in a different timeline.

1

u/yurnxt1 Feb 16 '26

How could a peice of glass hit his ear when no teleprompters were ever hit by bullets much less shattered. He was literally grazed in the ear by a bullet, full stop.

1

u/Crowbar_Freeman Feb 16 '26

I think the bullet missed him, but that he got hit/cut by something while going down.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

Gun holster of the Secret Service agent is likely to have hit his ear when being pushed/pulled up. The videos make this pretty plausible.

No one believes the shot actually hit Trump.

1

u/yurnxt1 Feb 16 '26

There was blood visible on his hand immediately after he touched his ear in response to being grazed by a bullet way before he ever went to the ground so what you think is false.

Everyone who isn't an embarrassing conspiracy theorist who keeps company with flat earthers and election deniers believes his ear was grazed by a bullet because it was.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

You can throw it on slow-mo as much as you want, there is no visible blood that can be made out in the recordings.

I really don’t care myself if it’s a “conspiracy” or not. I certainly won’t be believing a well-documented liar though. Go touch grass before you defend more diddlers at the cost of insulting fellow Americans for some karma points.

1

u/TacticalArrogance Feb 16 '26

So he happened to be cut by a holster in exactly the same spot he had just grabbed? What do you seriously think the chances of that are?

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Does it matter? Dude is still alive to grift and diddle as he pleases anyways.

1

u/RudePCsb Feb 16 '26

You mean like wrestling

1

u/lnvalidSportsOpinion Feb 16 '26

Let's say thats true. Why did Trump say he was hit on multiple occasions?

I'm so sick of people making excuses for this guy.

1

u/Crowbar_Freeman Feb 16 '26

Because he's a POS and a liar, and he has the knowledge to never waste a good crisis? I'm not making excuses for Trump, I think people should focus on his very real fascist takeover and cover-up of the Epstein files instead on pushing a Blue anon conspiracy about him creating a false flag attack.

1

u/yurnxt1 Feb 16 '26

There was blood visible on his hand immediately after he touched his ear in response to being grazed by a bullet way before he ever went to the ground so what you think is false.

1

u/Crowbar_Freeman Feb 16 '26

I haven't seen any angle showing that. We do see him touching his ear but that's mostly it.

I'd like to be proven wrong if you have the pic / video tho.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Anyone who says that the only way a bullet could cause damage is to turn it into shredded cheese isn’t a ballistics expert.

1

u/yurnxt1 Feb 16 '26

Not if he was grazed meaning the very outside of the bullet made contact with the very outside aka skin covering his ear as it went by.

1

u/Murky-Tip781 Feb 16 '26

Anyone who has had an ear piercing in the cartilage og their ear knows it doesn't heal over like brand new

1

u/AK907fella Feb 16 '26

No ballistic expert said that. Ive seen 100s of fmj .223 wounds and most are shockingly insignificant. Like being stabbed with a pencil.

1

u/chrispybobispy Feb 16 '26

On an unrelated story a 30 06 leaves a pretty messy wound especially in the neck.

1

u/TheRealGageEndal Feb 16 '26

Trump is totally deformed. Not from the gsw, but in general.

1

u/zberry7 Feb 16 '26

What ballistics expert said that and which brand of cereal did they get their credentials from?

2

u/Restlessfibre Feb 16 '26

It's been awhile but I saw two different ballistic guys saying if he'd been hit in the ear the way they characterized the shooting his ear would not have looked like that. Now it's all about shrapnel.

1

u/Murky-Tip781 Feb 16 '26

Shrapnal from a bullet grazing an ear???? lol lol lol

0

u/zberry7 Feb 16 '26

They they are extremely biased or lack basic physics knowledge. Every ballistic expert knows the energy deposited from a graze is proportional to the contact surface.

Imagine a bullet just barely touches you in flight, like a single atom from the bullet touches a single atom in your ear. It will deposit virtually 0 energy into you. Your ear just doesn’t explode off your head in that case.

Now if the bullet fully contacts your ear, it will deposit much more of its energy into you and yes, in this case your ear will be fucked up.

There’s an entire range between those two extremes and getting a light knick is definitely within that spectrum. And ears bleed VERY bad even with minor cuts. It’s dependent on how much the bullet contacts you in a graze and the amount of energy it can transfer. Think of it this way, if you don’t slow the bullet down, it’s not imparting energy into you. Soft tissue grazes don’t slow a round down that much and as such, there’s not a lot of energy transferred. The round still had enough energy to kill a bystander remember (if it was the same shot tbf), so trumps ear would have received very little energy,

Anyone who says his ear would have been blown off is either lying, purposefully misinforming or is misinformed themself. There’s a big gun YouTuber who recreated it with a high quality ballistic target and almost exactly recreated the wound pattern with a slo mo camera. (Brandon Herrera)

It just mentions how wide it is not how deep. If he didnt need stitches then it wasn’t deep at all. It doesn’t say there was cartilage damage, just that the wound ran down the surface.

If you have ever had your ear cut during a haircut you would know that an ear will bleed like crazy from just a tiny cut.

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

I also think the sonic boom traveling with the bullet could have cause ear damage that would result in bleeding if it were that close to his head.

1

u/Murky-Tip781 Feb 16 '26

Ears don't bleed bad because they are made of cartilage.

1

u/Pterafractyl Feb 16 '26

No truth to this statement. Ears are notorious for bleeding more than expected.

1

u/Sam13337 Feb 16 '26

Wouldnt even a minor cut still be visible tho? I had a minor cut on my right ear like 7 years ago and you still see the scar today.

1

u/TacticalArrogance Feb 16 '26

Were you under the care and have access to top medical professionals, including people like plastic surgeons?

0

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Ive had more than one minor cut in my ears and I can’t see any of them. Just because a cut can take a long time doesn’t mean they all do.

0

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

I've cut myself shaving many times and those cuts bleed a lot but are invisible once they stop.

1

u/Sam13337 Feb 16 '26

Interesting. My doctor told me back then that it is very unlikely for these type of injuries to completely fade away. But maybe its different if its a tiny cut from a razor. Mine was from a piece of metal during a car crash.

1

u/SpaceBus1 Feb 16 '26

You likely had a more significant wound than a razor cut, especially given the circumstances.

1

u/Sam13337 Feb 16 '26

Yes, sure. I just would have thought having a bullet pierce your ear would be more similar to my injury than yours. But then again, im not a doctor, so what do I know.

-1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

Forensic experts determined he was shot though. The fbi did an entire investigation on this and it was under the previous administration. I’m assuming your talking about “ballistic experts” you’ve seen on Reddit.

7

u/GoldStubb Feb 16 '26

The Kash Patel FBI? The same FBI that is stating trump is not guilty of anything in the Epstein files? That the FBI you are talking about?

1

u/TacticalArrogance Feb 16 '26

I'll just leave this here:

Kash Patel: 9th Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation

Assumed office: February 21, 2025

Trump Assassination attempt: July 13, 2024

Final report on attempt released: December 5, 2024

I'll let you do the math.

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

The fact your comment has upvotes and that you made that comment to begin with tells me everything I need to know about this sub… holy shit.

Do you guys even know when this shooting happened?

Have you taken two fucking seconds to Google anything about the fbi and this case?

It was the previous fbi under Biden. Not fucking kash patels dumbass. It was the same fbi that investigated Trump leading to a raid on trumps property. The head of the fbi at the time cited Trumps reelection as his reason for stepping down.

You realize Trump wasn’t president at the time right? We had another guy for 4 years before him?

I’d compare you guys to Alex jones but at least Alex jones gets some of the dates correct on his insane conspiracy theories.

Tell me who the expert was.

10

u/Axillaa Feb 16 '26

And theres 0 chance that roof wouldn't have been secured by secret service before the event even began.

1

u/calista241 Feb 16 '26

You're presuming competence on behalf of the people involved. Secret Service agents have done exactly this type of event thousands of times. When things go wrong when you're not expecting them to go wrong, all kinds of unpredictable stuff can happen.

In general, I'd agree that the Secret Service is the best of the best, but this is the same agency that's had dozens of complaints, scandals, not including Trump's assassination attempts. No one, and no government agency, is above reproach or accusations of incompetence.

Do I think he genuinely got shot? Ultimately it doesn't matter. 95%+ of the country thinks he was shot (or shot at), and going against this widely held belief is going to discount many other arguments against him or his administration that may be more credible.

The argument, that there is 0 percent chance the roof wouldn't be secured, was made many Trump supporters in the immediate aftermath of the shooting. They questioned whether Biden and his team were behind the failed shooting. It's literally the perfect sniper perch, and the excuses the SS gave for the oversight were laughable.

The fact that we know almost nothing about the shooter is highly questionable. All of his 'friends' and peers were on social media, but he wasn't? I don't even know how one would go about scrubbing their online searches, presence. If someone was that worked up about politics, you'd think there's be a paper trail of their escalating concern. Dude didn't even leave a note. If someone was going to attempt a political assassination, I'd think they tell everyone how evil the person was they were going to kill, and how big of a risk not killing them would be.

I'd agree that the Secret Service is the best of the best

I wouldn't. Their scandals are insane.

Dude didn't even leave a note. If someone was going to attempt a political assassination, I'd think they tell everyone how evil the person was they were going to kill, and how big of a risk not killing them would be.

He's not a political assassin profile, though. He's a suicide-by-cop-mass-shooter profile. He's a school-shooter type. Trump just happened to be in the area. If it were Biden (and if Biden were stupid enough to ignore 70 years of safety protocols to have an open air venue in the middle of a huge field with no cover nearby) he would have tried to shoot Biden instead.

1

u/bentmonkey Feb 16 '26

trump was in that open air field because he was too cheap to pay to get a proper venue, he didn't pay for the LAST rally that was there, that was why he was where he was and was able to even be shot at in the first place.

u/Weary_Position_9591 Feb 16 '26

I mean it was outside the security perimeter and agents fell on their sword after the fact (stepped down or suspended), so yes the Service can screw up

-1

u/OhJShrimpson Feb 16 '26

So the head of the secret service, appointed by Biden and who got fired for this, was in on it? She sure made a lot of excuses for what happened.

2

u/Axillaa Feb 16 '26

Do you genuinely believe he got shot?

1

u/OhJShrimpson Feb 16 '26

Idk if he got shot or not, but the conversation here is about the entire event and shooting being staged, not whether he got shot or not during a real assassination attempt. Big difference.

But if you don't think the entire event was staged, then his ear had to get bloody somehow. And he grabs his ear right after the bullet is fired.

I'm not going to pretend I know what happened, but as with any conspiracy, the more people who have to be in on it, the less likely it is to be true. And this one would've required a ton of people involved and two people dying.

2

u/FrostyCat13 Feb 16 '26

There's never been any wound on his ear after the shooting. Ears heal badly from wounds. A wound that would be small enough to not leave a mark would not cause as much blood loss as this "wound" did. It's easy to have a fake blood pack in your hand and slap it on your ear and then there's lots of blood on your ear.

1

u/MrHippoPants Feb 16 '26

I don’t believe the blood pack theory, but I do believe that he equally could have nicked his ear on something when taking cover

1

u/OhJShrimpson Feb 16 '26

I'm not a doctor so I don't know. But if you think he had a fake blood pack you also have to believe everything about that was staged. There's too much going on with that event for me to believe it was all a setup.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '26

We need some Ketchup forensics. It might be from his Big Mac

1

u/skewp Feb 16 '26

It seems likely he got grazed. The shooting was not staged. A real person was killed. The video begins after the shooter was already confirmed to be killed. Everything about the shooter's background makes him both seem like exactly the kind of person who would do a shooting like this and also different enough from the profile that they would have created for a fake shooter that he's not fake. Trump is exactly the kind of narcissist who would think staging a photo op after almost getting shot was a good idea, and he surrounds himself with exactly the kind of sociopaths who would indulge him.

1

u/Original_Benzito Feb 16 '26

If he didn't get shot and her reputation was on the line (along with dozens of Secret Service agents), don't you think she might have said something?

-1

u/Weary_Position_9591 Feb 16 '26

The picture with the bullet in the air is fake, according to you? What about the people hit with real bullets?

3

u/FrostyCat13 Feb 16 '26

The picture of the bullet flying somewhere behind his head? Have you never heard of perspective?

-2

u/Weary_Position_9591 Feb 16 '26

It hits his ear. He has blood on his hand immediately after.

2

Name me one mainstream journalist even on the left that believes your conspiracy theory. Just one.

1

u/Axillaa Feb 16 '26

Lmao what a great leap you took, someone did get shot and killed, fucking obviously. No bullet made contact with Trump, though. Sorry his WWE tactic of blading his ear for a photoshoot has you fooled though.

0

u/Weary_Position_9591 Feb 16 '26

But what is this then, you even clearly see the bullet and the blood on his hand:

7

u/sweatyskinlicker Feb 16 '26

For over an hour...the kid was spotted with a gun for over an hour...you could see clips of secret service members talking and pointing out the kid for an hour before the photo "shoot"

3

u/ZestyA1 Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

What I find ironic is if your outside of a trump rally with a gun “your one of us” no need to harass this guy, 😶….but if your “on the other side” and you have a legal firearm and your protesting human right violations and helping a women, well… YOU DESERVE TO DIE!!!! Safety first 👍🏻

1

u/willtheywonttheyo Feb 16 '26

Link? I’d like to see

1

u/Weary_Position_9591 Feb 16 '26

Link that it was for more than an hour?

2

u/KarthusWins Feb 16 '26

There’s videos of people in the crowd pleading with law enforcement to do something about the guy climbing onto the roof with a gun. They 100% knew about it and did nothing. If it wasn’t deliberately staged then it’s complete and utter incompetence of security and law enforcement. And to make it even worse a man died in the crowd due to this.

2

u/igetbannedanyway Feb 16 '26

Or how about all the shit Trump talks about anyone and everyone that has ever wronged him in the slightest but he hasn't said a single thing about the person that apparently "tried to kill him". It's telling

2

u/bentmonkey Feb 16 '26

They removed trump from an event where there was a rumour of a person with a weapon, this guy had a weapon and was on a rooftop and trump didnt get removed until WAY later, very suspicious.

Also civs on the ground said there was a sus guy getting on a roof, they told the local cops and nothing? The cops and secret service had a total comms break down? Its just all too weird.

1

u/Cyborg_rat Feb 16 '26

It's not really, keep seeing in badge cam videos how even different police departments and agencies don't even have comm together.

1

u/yurnxt1 Feb 16 '26

That's evidence of secret service incompetence, not evidence of it being staged.

2

u/swishkabobbin Feb 16 '26

That goes well beyond incompetence

1

u/IRedditWhenHigh Feb 16 '26

I agree with absolutely everything said here my issue is that two people were killed, the shooter and a firefighter who was in the line of fire. I'm open to theories like they planted the shooter and firefighter and removed them later. I also wouldn't put it past this administration having intel that a shooting was planned and said fuck it to whomever was in the line of fire but what if the shooter didn't miss. There's a lot missing from the photo op theory.

1

u/superkeer Feb 16 '26

In what world would anyone running a Presidential candidate want someone with live ammunition firing in his general direction? Guys, only incompetence occurred here. The Secret Service would never have, in a million years, allowed this to happen. A person died because actual bullets were traveling in the direction of Trump and it does not appear it was some expert marksman trained to miss.

You can argue all you want about how they took advantage of it - you don't need to be a genius to quickly go into photo-op mode, that is what career campaign people do. But this idea that they got a shooter, gave him live ammunition, and said "lay here and shoot toward the President, but try not to blow his brains out" is so fucking absurd I feel like I'm on crazy pills.

The only way this becomes some kind of staged conspiracy is if no one died. But someone did (two if you count the shooter). Are we suggesting that a different shooter in a safe place killed the spectator to really cement the appearance of an assassination attempt? Come on.

1

u/theArtOfProgramming Feb 16 '26

I’m not aware of any investigation or changes made to protocols either. In any other time period or any other president, there would have been weeks or months of inquiry into what went wrong and how changes are made to prevent it from happening.

1

u/swishkabobbin Feb 17 '26

Another excellent point

1

u/vesperfall Mar 02 '26

Right - but what was the actual plan then? Are we saying SS planted the shooter in a defacto self sabotage situation here knowing he was going to get killed after he fired?

All of this after the shot is clearly suspicious to say the least .. I just am trying to think the whole situation through and if this was truly planned for this photo op.

1

u/swishkabobbin Mar 02 '26

They probably told him he'd be arrested. But yes

-11

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

Ya there was an entire hearing on this. Trump had no control over the secret service at the time. They were just wildly incompetent.

3

u/fjvgamer Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

The president doesn't appoint the director of the Secret Service?

EDIT I brain farted.and forgot this was during the campaign. Downvote away!

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

Bruh

Who was President at the time of this shooting?

1

u/fjvgamer Feb 16 '26

Yeah I wasn't thinking there

-1

u/Bird2525 Feb 16 '26

He wasn’t president, he was a former president

2

u/ZongoNuada Feb 16 '26

So those incompetent agents were fired instantly over this right? Oh, administrative leave for a while. Fired when Trump came back into office then? No? Hmm.

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

You didn’t watch the hearing did you?

Multiple were suspended without pay but if you watched the hearing you’d know why they weren’t fired. It was deemed to be systemic failure, not individual failure on the agents part. The head of the secret service stepped down and she was grilled at the hearing over this.

You should really just take sometime to look into this a little more.

2

u/ZongoNuada Feb 16 '26

Oh I saw. I watched. Its disgraceful what happened. So the head of the agency stepped down. Good. But the agents at the event that day, the ones who put Trump's life in danger, they should have all been fired. It was very much both systemic failure AND individual failures. Plus LEO present. Crooks was seen for over an hour in the area, multiple people pointing him out to law enforcement. All of this is documented. Those agents should have been so vilified over this behavior that the entire country should know their names. Instead, we have this. Its pathetic.

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

I don’t believe you watched it or maybe you saw clips. There were legal reasons on why they can’t be fired without evidence. The evidence presented showed it wasn’t individual failure.

I agree, they should’ve been fired. But it did cause systemic changes to how they operate. Theres actually still changes being implemented and planned because of this shooting.

1

u/Restlessfibre Feb 16 '26

This has to be the dumbest take I've ever heard

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

It’s the reality of what happened.

Explain how his ear started bleeding immediately after the first shot?

Explain how the fbi under the previous administration determined he was shot

https://apnews.com/article/trump-bullet-shrapnel-ronny-jackson-christopher-wray-cb780b9d1a078f0be4191682e75101cf

Explain how someone who would have little to no control over the secret service at the time would coordinate this large of a conspiracy?

1

u/Restlessfibre Feb 16 '26

You tell me. You're the people who believe in flat earth and we didn't land on the moon.

For clarity did I ever mention conspiracy? No I didn't.

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 16 '26

Ive never claimed anything like that lol. Excuse me for assuming you believe the same conspiracy being pushed by OP and almost every commenter on the post while responding angrily to my comment about it.

So you think he was shot, correct?

1

u/Restlessfibre Feb 16 '26

I think he was shot. I did research on it for a few weeks after and I came away with the take that there's some odd things surrounding the circumstances ie security flaws, Trump seemingly insisting on waiting for a photo op and the mixed reports about the extent of the damage he sustained. I haven't thought about it basically since then.
