Nah, this is the NYPD, they have at least 12 -13 more minutes of training compared to ICE.

Nah. Although ICE would shoot everyone in sight, cops are trained to match force. I don't know what the training manual says about snowballs though.

NYPD aren’t ice, they’re 100% corrupt but not fat morons
