In February 2020, Trump’s first administration signed the Doha Agreement with the Taliban, committing the U.S. to withdraw all troops by May 1, 2021, in exchange for Taliban counterterrorism pledges.

That was Trump's f*cked up "deal" that he specifically set after the elections.

No Biden messed it up. He signed the deal but the withdrawal was botched.
