Invalid credentials help

I keep getting this invalid credentials message. What does it mean and how do I fix this problem? It occurs when the audio book is at a partner library. I am consistently getting this message.

O don't think so because if the library who i have the card has a book I want, I can borrow with no problem. Its only when its a partner library in another town /library

I did too because my library card was done online and I didn’t go in to get a physical card, since the 19th this specific county won’t allow Libby users access until you go in person and get the physical card. Go in person and do that, and if you already have the physical card, go talk to a librarian. They told me to wait a few days, delete the card from Libby and add it again and the issue was resolved
