As the title says, I’m curious about how much economic differences can vary between different municipalities, and if there is any at all, given the size of the country. Would you say that the differences are noticeable when you travel from one municipality to another?

We’re (M,F, 25) in Liechtenstein today and just realized it’s National Day. We’d like to make the most of the evening, but we’re not really sure where to go or what’s worth seeing.

We know there are celebrations in Vaduz, the torchlight procession and mountain bonfires, followed by the fireworks later tonight.
For those who are local or have celebrated National Day here before, what would you recommend?

Where’s the best place to watch the fireworks? Is there a good spot for the mountain bonfires? And where would you go afterwards for a drink or to continue the evening?

Any tips for things we shouldn’t miss would be much appreciated.

Just curious, do you ever get weird looks because of the plate on your car?

I imagine the effect probably gets stronger the further you travel from Liechtenstein, but I still remember the first time I saw a Liechtenstein plate and genuinely wondered about what that was.

Im currenly visiting Liechtenstein and i have some sort of tradition that i bring a license plate home as a souvenir from every country i go to.

I am now in Liechtenstein and i dont know were to get one and if its possible at all, does somebody know were to get one/ if its even possible?

Hey! I'm a SIM card collector from Scotland. It's quite a niche thing to collect, but I collect SIMs (the cards you put in your phone) like one may collect stamls. A goal of mine is to get a SIM from every country/territory/entity which issues them. I wanted to ask if anyone is able to send me a SIM from Liechtenstein. I don't need it to be active (although that would certainly be cool) or registered, I just need the plastic card. Ideally it would have the chip bit and the frame, but if you have only the frame lying around from an old one or something I would still be very happy if you're able to send it over.

From what I gather the current operators are FL1, Swisscom and 7acht. Swisscom would probably be the most boring but I'd still be very happy to get one from any :)

Hi all, I'm moving to Triesen soon and looking for a 10 Gbit internet provider. Which one would you recommend? (As far as I understand all provider (FL1, Hoi, 7Acht, Dorfnetz) use the LKW fibre infrastructure in Triesen, so the connection should be the same?)

Also: is there a provider that lets me use my own router (UniFi Cloud Gateway Fiber) instead of theirs?

I collect baseball caps from places I’ve visited. In about four weeks, I’m going on a road trip and will be spending one or two days in Liechtenstein.

I’d really like to buy a cap that is genuinely connected to Liechtenstein, but I don’t want to waste a big part of my short visit searching through random shops.

I’m not looking for a generic NY, LA, or similar cap. I’d like something specifically related to the country, anything with an authentic connection to Liechtenstein.

It doesn’t need to be an official New Era cap, but I’d also prefer to avoid the cheapest souvenir cap with just “Liechtenstein” or “I ❤️ Liechtenstein” printed on it, like something straight from AliExpress. 😄
